Più lieve, duttile: il metallo come un tessuto.
Ramino e Glow sono due nuove proposte per
dividere e decorare. Ramino è una quinta mobile
in rame, separa senza isolare. È il risultato di
un processo di ossidazione e di un accurato
lavoro sartoriale. Ogni matassa viene trasfor-
mata manualmente in un piccolo gomitolo che,
cucito insieme agli altri, fluttua liberamente
appeso a un filo e riflette la luce con delicati
bagliori.
Glow è un moderno mosaico realizzato inserendo
a mano piccole tessere su una lastra di base.
Lavorazioni, geometrie e sfumature proprie del
metallo ossidato danno origine a un disegno
mai uguale perché è il risultato di una somma
di effetti casuali. I colori naturali dei diversi
metalli – rame, ottone, acciaio, alluminio –, dopo
differenti processi di ossidazione, permettono
di ottenere una scala cromatica ricca di varian-
ti abbinabili fra loro. Ramino e Glow, realiz-
zati sempre su misura, sono adatti solo
per l'interno.
Lighter and ductile: metal like a fabric. Ramino
and Glow are two new proposals to divide and
decorate indoor spaces. Ramino is a movable
partition made of copper; it separates without
isolating. It is the result of an oxidation process
and an outstanding sartorial work. Each skein
is transformed by hand in a little ball which,
sewn with the others, fluctuates freely from
a thread reflecting light and gleaming delicately.
Glow is a modern mosaic made by embedding
by hand little tesserae in a metal slab. Proces-
sing, geometries and nuances of the oxidized
metal give life to a pattern that is never the
same because it results from casual effects.
The natural colours of the different metals
– copper, brass, steel and aluminium –, after
several
oxidation
phases,
enhance
the
chromatic range with new shades, which can
be combined with each other. Ramino and
Glow are customized, modular products for the
interiors.
