Per costruire una visione dell’architettura
e dello spazio è necessario viaggiare, spostarsi
nel mondo e con il pensiero.
I nostri processi creativi e produttivi sono
fortemente legati a luoghi, vicini e lontani:
alle loro culture e tradizioni, ai loro artigianati,
materiali, saperi. Da questi incontri, a volte casuali,
a volte frutto di ricerche, si sono sviluppate
relazioni, collaborazioni.
Ci piacerebbe che queste esperienze si legges-
sero negli oggetti e nelle stanze di queste pagine
e costituissero la loro intima ricchezza.
If we wish to build a vision of space and
architecture, it becomes necessary to travel,
move through the world, travel with our thoughts.
The processes by which we create and produce
are powerfully bound up with places, both near
and far: those places’ cultures and traditions,
their artisanry, their materials, their bodies of
knowledge. And it is out of these encounters that
relationships and collaborations have developed.
We hope that these experiences can be read
in the objects and rooms mapped on these pages;
we aspire to make those experiences the source
of their innermost richness.
