Kimia è un tessuto realizzato con un filato
tecnico, mantiene inalterate nel tempo le
proprie caratteristiche funzionali e ricorda
l’aspetto naturale della paglia. La sua parti-
colare struttura tessile può essere usata
da sola o come base per ricami a mano. In
questo caso, l’alternanza dei punti, a volte
più densi, a volte più rarefatti, la geometria
dei disegni e la scelta del colore di base,
generano molteplici sfumature cromatiche.
L’intreccio a maglia aperta di Kimia dona
trasparenza e permette facilità di asciuga-
tura a stuoie, tappeti e a rivestimenti.
Trame è un nuovo tessuto a rete che si
estende e si modella senza mai perdere la
sua naturale solidità. Sospeso alle estremità,
si trasforma in un’invitante amaca.
In questi nuovi materiali, le moderne solu-
zioni tecniche convivono, come sempre, con
il segno unico delle lavorazioni manuali.
Kimia is a fabric made from a technical yarn
reminiscent of straw, which maintains its
functional qualities over time. Its particular
textile structure can be used alone or can
become backing for hand embroideries. In
this case, the succession of sparse or dense
stitches, the geometrical patterns together
with the selected colour lead to unlimited
colour shades. The open weave of Kimia gi-
ves transparency to mats, rugs and uphol-
steries, allowing them to dry very easily.
Trame is a new mash fabric, which can be
stretched and shaped without ever losing its
natural strength. Suspended at the two ex-
tremities, it becomes an inviting hammock.
In these new materials, once again, modern
technical solutions coexist with the unique
mark of craftsmanship.
