BENKO is an attempt to reinterpret
the 19th-century technology of
bending beech wood, utilizing it
to create a model that meets the
demands of contemporary times.
BENKO is clearly inspired by the
archetype of the bent chair, the
first iconic models made with this
technology, expressed in its purest
form. The model also embodies
all the values that guided the
creators of the first bent furniture:
durability, perfection in the manual
reproduction of details, and
versatility.
