Villa Orizzonte, located in Castelfidardo in the beautiful setting of the Conero Riviera, is a 1.100 m² luxury residence on three
floors, with contemporary shapes and high energy performance.
The exterior architecture is characterized by the combination of simple white and gray and the series of black canopies that lend
horizontality to the project and direct the visitor gaze to the surrounding landscape. Two large cut walls, with dark stoneware
cladding that mimics the veining of marble, signal the main guidelines of the project. On the south elevation, the septum marks
the direction of the entrance; from here there is a wide staircase leading to the outdoor pool.
The goal of the interior design was to create unique and distinguished environments: the living room that connects with the
patio; the kitchen organized in such a way as to “force” the users gaze toward the landscape; the dining room that dialogues
with the large garden; the relaxing spa with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym; and, finally, the corner office that is
enveloped by the surrounding landscape thanks to the large windows.
The natural slope of the land also made the panoramic location of the swimming pool possible and freed the main façade of the
villa from any possible visual obstruction.
La Villa Orizzonte, située à Castelfidardo dans le cadre magnifique de la Riviera del Conero, est une résidence de luxe de 1.100 m²
sur trois étages, aux formes contemporaines et aux performances énergétiques élevées.
L'architecture extérieure se caractérise par une combinaison de blanc et de gris simples et par une série d'auvents noirs qui
confèrent au projet son horizontalité et orientent le regard du visiteur vers le paysage environnant. Deux grandes parois taillées,
avec un revêtement en grès foncé simulant le veinage du marbre, marquent les lignes directrices du projet. Sur l'élévation sud, la
cloison marque la direction de l'entrée ; de celle-ci, un large escalier mène à l’extérieur piscine.
L'objectif de l'aménagement intérieur était de créer des environnements uniques et prestigieux : le salon qui communique avec
le patio ; la cuisine organisée de manière à "forcer" le regard de l'utilisateur vers le paysage ; la salle à manger qui dialogue avec
le grand jardin ; le spa relaxant avec piscine, sauna, bain turc et gymnase ; et, enfin, le bureau d'angle qui est enveloppé par le
paysage environnant grâce à ses grandes baies vitrées.
La pente naturelle du terrain a également permis la position panoramique de la piscine et a libéré la façade principale de la villa
de toute obstruction visuelle possible.
Villa Orizzonte, situada en Castelfidardo, en el bello entorno de la Riviera del Conero, es una residencia de lujo de 1.100 m²
distribuidos en tres plantas, de formas contemporáneas y alto rendimiento energético.
La arquitectura exterior se caracteriza por la combinación de blancos y grises sencillos y por la serie de marquesinas negras que
confieren horizontalidad al proyecto y dirigen la mirada del visitante hacia el paisaje circundante. Dos grandes paredes cortadas,
con revestimientos de gres oscuro que simulan el veteado del mármol, marcan las líneas maestras del proyecto. En el alzado sur,
el tabique marca la dirección de la entrada; desde ésta, una amplia escalera conduce al exterior piscina.
El objetivo del interiorismo era crear ambientes únicos y prestigiosos: el salón que se relaciona con el patio; la cocina organizada
de tal forma que "fuerza" la mirada del usuario hacia el paisaje; el comedor que dialoga con el gran jardín; el relajante spa con
piscina, sauna, baño turco y gimnasio; y, por último, el despacho esquinero que se ve envuelto por el paisaje circundante gracias
a los grandes ventanales.
La pendiente natural del terreno también hizo posible la posición panorámica de la piscina y liberó la fachada principal de la villa
de cualquier posible obstrucción visual.
