Lavoro di riqualificazione interna di un immobile
storico composto da 7 appartamenti e 3 suite.
L’architetto Leopoldo Rosati ha mescolato elementi
del territorio come i classici mattoni faccia a vista
alla Newyorkese con uno stile estremamente
moderno. Passato e presente, storia e modernità,
conservazione e avanguardia, opposti che anche in
questo progetto vivono e si combinano.
Una commistione di epoche, stili ed esigenze
caratterizzano gli spazi rendendoli nuovamente
vivibili, attuali ma mai privi delle loro radici anzi
carichi di nuovi significati ancora più profondi.
Le residenze presentate sono espressione
dell’adattabilità e della flessibilità che l’architetto
Rosati manifesta nel suo modo di progettare ed
interagire costruttivamente con i suoi clienti.
Per gli ingressi di ciascuna abitazione è stata
scelta Synua nelle varianti in cemento liscio e total
white: la porta d’ingresso di sicurezza per le grandi
dimensioni, a bilico verticale e complanare al muro.

consisting of 7 apartments and 3 suites.
The architect Leopoldo Rosati has mixed elements
of the territory such as the classic exposed bricks in
New York style with an extremely modern style. Past
and present, history and modernity, preservation and
avant-garde, opposites that also in this project live
together and are combined to one another.
A mixture of eras, styles and needs characterize the
spaces making them livable again, current but never
deprived of their roots and instead full of new and
even deeper meanings.
The presented residences are an expression of the
adaptability and flexibility that the architect Rosati
shows in his way of constructing and interacting
constructively with his clients.
For the entrances of each house, the Synua door
was chosen in its smooth concrete and total
white versions: the safety front door for large size
entrances, with vertical pivoting opening and
installed coplanar to the wall.
