A pochi chilometri dal centro della città e
dall’aeroporto internazionale di Baku è situato il
Dreamland Complex, un complesso residenziale
e commerciale tra i più lussuosi dell’Azerbaijan.
Considerato il nuovo paradiso a Baku, con un campo
da golf da 18 buche che fa da giardino sul retro di
casa. Questa struttura copre un’area di 330 ettari e
più di 2 milioni di metri quadrati di verde e 12 mila
metri quadrati tra laghi e profondi stagni. Il Dreamland
Country and Life è un residence di 15000 metri
quadrati situato a sud-est del Dreamland Complex,
la cui struttura residenziale ha un ingresso separato
rispetto a quello del golf club e delle ville. Tuttavia
permane anche qui la possibilità di usufruire degli
spazi pubblici e commerciali dell’intero complesso:
dalle strutture per il wellness alle sfarzose boutiques,
dai ristoranti ai locali di lusso. I sontuosi interni delle
ville, dotati di ogni comfort possibile, rispecchiano
perfettamente volontà progettuali particolarmente
ricercate. Il tutto inserito in un paesaggio progettato
per integrare gli aspetti di una vita pratica e attiva con
quelli di ritmi quieti e rilassati.
Just a few kilometers from the city center and the Baku
International Airport, there is the Dreamland Complex,
one of the most luxurious residential and commercial
complexes of Azerbaijan. Considered the new paradise
in Baku, with an 18-hole golf course that serves as a
backyard garden. This structure covers an area of 330
hectares and more than 2 million square meters of
green and 12 thousand square meters between lakes
and deep ponds. The Dreamland Country and Life is a
15,000 square meter residence located south-east of the
Dreamland Complex, whose residential structure has
a separate entrance to that of the golf club and villas.
However, here too it is possible to take advantage of the
public and commercial spaces of the whole complex:
from the wellness facilities to lavish boutiques, from
restaurants to luxury clubs. The sumptuous interiors
of the villas, equipped with every possible comfort,
perfectly reflect highly refined design projects.
All this is part of a landscape designed to integrate
aspects of a practical and active life with those
of quiet and relaxed rhythms.
