Officine Gullo lands in Costa Rica, to create the
kitchen for The Hive Boutique Hotel. The resort
boasts an exceptional location directly on the
sea in one of the most beautiful stretches of
the country’s Pacific coast. Inside, the show-
kitchen plays a starring role, where events
dedicated to cuisine enthusiasts, such as
show-cooking and tastings, take place.

following: an induction hob area, an electric
pasta cooker, 2 professional high-efficiency
burners and an electric lava stone barbecue.

freezer with ice-maker, oven and temperature
controlled air-conditioned wine cellar.
