“The Selva” a Mediterranean-inspired villa
designed in 1918 by architects Hunt & Hunt.
The impressive kitchen, structured on three
sides with two central islands, showcases a
sophisticated color palette. The matte Mocha
structure is complemented by burnished
brass finishes, adding warmth and luxury,
creating an elegant chromatic combination.
Venetian stucco and oak beams set the scene,
evoking the atmosphere of an ancient and
elegant Italian villa. Beneath an adapted
original hood (dating back to 1918), you’ll
find the cooking area, a professional kitchen
block equipped with every cooking accessory,
completed by a wall-mounted pot filler faucet.
The opposite wall hosts a carpentry
structure equipped with columns of
professional appliances. The perpendicular
wall, illuminated by four windows, features
three washing areas with burnished brass
sinks and traditional swivel-neck faucets
and cross handles. At the center of this
majestic composition are two islands: the
first equipped with refrigerated drawers, a
waste bin, a double stainless-steel sink with
a burnished brass faucet; the second, on
wheels, offers open shelves and drawers with
an elegant walnut wood top.
