The stunning Officine Gullo outdoor kitchen,
installed in the Italian gardens of Belmond
Villa San Michele set amongst the hills of
Fiesole, is the result of the idea to make the
most of the pool area with an informal,
interactive catering concept. The extremely
elegant and practical project offers the very
same quality and performance of an indoor
kitchen, and it consists of a linear kitchen with
pizza oven and lava stone barbecue, as well as
two parallel islands for maximum practicality
when it comes to movement. The project is
further enhanced by two trolleys - one for
cheeses and the other for preparing cocktails.
