Mit dem Unternehmen Niaga® hat OBJECT CARPET einen Partner
gefunden, mit dem die langjährige Vision eines zirkulären Teppich-
bodens nach knapp 10 Jahren Entwicklungszeit umgesetzt werden
konnte. Bis Ende 2025 wird OBJECT CARPET nur noch zirkuläre
Bodenbeläge auf den Markt bringen. Nach NEOO – dem ersten
zirkulären Mono-Material Teppichboden – folgen nun
Duo-Material Teppichböden.
Vorteile:
Duo-Material Teppiche bestehen aus nur zwei Materialien:
Flor 100 % Polyamid, Rücken 100 % Polyester
Durch das CLICK-UNCLICK-Verfahren können nach der
Nutzung die beiden Materialien durch Wärme getrennt und
in ihre ursprünglichen Produktionskreisläufe zurückgeführt
werden
Kein Verbrauch neuer Rohstoffe
Gänzlicher Verzicht auf Füllstoffe/Additive für Geruchs-
neutralität und Recyclingfähigkeit
50 % weniger Gewicht im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen
Teppichfliesen
Erhebliche CO² Einsparung bei Transport und einfaches
Handling bei der Verlegung

With the company Niaga® OBJECT CARPET has found a partner,
with whom the long-standing vision of a circular carpet has been
realized after nearly 10 years of development. By the end of 2025,
OBJECT CARPET will exclusively introduce circular flooring to the
market. After NEOO – the first circular mono-material carpet –
duo-material carpets are now being introduced.
Advantages:
Duo-material carpets are made of only two materials: pile 100%
polyamide, backing 100% polyester
CLICK-UNCLICK process allows the two materials to be
separated by heat after use and reintegrated to their original
production cycles
No consumption of new raw materials
Total elimination of fillers/additives for odor neutrality and

50% less weight compared to conventional carpet tiles
Significant CO² savings during transport and easy handling
during installation
