Doodle riprende la forma di una coperta
ripiegata e la decora con un ricamo nato da
un grande scarabocchio, un disegno articolato e
complesso costruito su una scansione spontanea
e accumulativa di segni, forme geometriche
e tracce di pensiero a flusso continuo. La seduta
è delicata, assorta, i braccioli morbidi, la forma
accogliente. Il rivestimento trapuntato segue
le linee della composizione sovrappensiero
conferendole tridimensionalità. È un pensiero
che ci accoglie, un sogno ad occhi aperti.
Doodle takes the shape of a folded blanket
and decorates it with an embroidery born from
a large doodle, an articulate and complex design
built on a spontaneous and accumulative
scansion of signs, geometric shapes and traces
of thought in a continuous flow. The seat is
delicate, absorbed, the arms soft, the shape
welcoming. The quilted upholstery follows
the lines of the overthinking composition, giving
it three-dimensionality. It is a thought that
welcomes us, a daydream.
