La qualità degli ambienti interni
influisce direttamente sulla salute
di chi vi abita. Per questo, tutti i
prodotti Moretti Compact sono
stati sottoposti dal Cosmob (Centro
tecnologico per il settore legno-ar-
redo) a prove tecniche di laboratorio,
ripetute nel corso dell’anno, per
tenere sotto controllo le emissioni
inquinanti. Un importante risultato
raggiunto è l’etichetta Cosmob
Label che assegna a tutti gli arredi
la classe A++, la meno emissiva per
quanto riguarda i composti organici
volatili, nocivi per la salute. Inoltre,
l’uso di sostanze e materiali eco-
compatibili, ha consentito all’azien-
da di ottenere il prestigioso marchio
Qualitas Premium Indoor Hi Quality
che certifica la bassa emissione di
formaldeide, di VOC e aldeidi, princi-
pali responsabili dell’inquinamento
negli ambienti interni. Propriamen-
te, i prodotti Moretti Compact sono
risultati conformi al Protocollo LEED,
metodo di valutazione del U.S.Gre-
en Building Council che stabilisce i
requisiti minimi da raggiungere per
ogni area d’interesse per costruire
edifici sostenibili.
The quality of the interiors has a
direct effect on the health of those
who live there. This is why all Mo-
retti Compact products have been
subjected to technical laboratory
tests – repeated throughout the year
- by Cosmob (technological centre
for wooden furniture and furnishin-
gs) to keep emissions under control.
One important result here is the
Cosmob Label marking every piece
of furniture with class A++, the one
with the emissions of volatile orga-
nic compounds, which are harmful
to health. The fact that the company
uses eco-compatible substances
and materials has also earned the
company the prestigious Qualitas
Praemium Indoor Hi Quality mark,
to guarantee low emissions when it
comes to formaldehyde, VOCs and
aldehydes: the main factors respon-
sible for indoor pollution. Moretti
Compact products have also been
found to conform to the LEED Pro-
tocol, the audit method put in place
by the U.S.Green Building Council to
set the worldwide minimum levels to
be achieved in each area for the con-
struction of sustainable buildings.

L’innovativo sistema di laccatura
riduce l’emissione nell’ambiente

A cutting-edge lacquering system
reduces the emission of harmful
substances into the environment
by up to 95% compared to the
traditional solvent-based paints.
What’s more, the single-compo-
nent, water-based paints supplied
by Renner Italia are of the highest
quality and comply with the EN71.3
standard that regulates the use of
paint on toys and all other materials
that may come into contact – even
occasionally – with a child’s mouth.
To guarantee greater safety of use,
the water-based paints used by
Moretti Compact for the lacquered
parts are equipped with a sanitizing
additive which protects the surfaces
from the proliferation of bacteria.

materie prime arrivano nei diversi
stabilimenti dell’azienda (conta 18
centri produttivi per un totale di
oltre 45mila m²) per uscire, dopo
un attento lavoro, come prodotto

ha condotto Moretti Compact a
depositare i progetti di prodotti e di
meccanismi originali con brevetto
europeo per assicurarne la natura
autentica ed esclusiva, la qualità

Gli arredi sono composti princi-
palmente da pannelli di legno.
Proprio per questo, è importante
che la materia prima sia di altissi-
ma qualità, non solo per la salute
dei consumatori, ma anche per
il rispetto dell’ambiente. Moretti
Compact, prima azienda italiana
di camerette, ha scelto il Pan-
nello Ecologico LEB realizzato al
100% con legno riciclato, cioè con
materiale legnoso post-consumo
certificato FSC (Forest Stewardship
Council). Significa che per realizzare
il Pannello Ecologico nessun albero è
stato abbattuto.
Inoltre, LEB è il pannello a più bassa
emissione di formaldeide, con valori
di emissioni inferiori ai limiti imposti
dal regolamento giapponese F****
(il più severo al mondo). Il controllo
delle emissioni viene effettuato
costantemente già sul pannello non
lavorato, per assicurare la confor-
mità totale agli standard qualitativi
su tutta la produzione. Un pannello
rivoluzionario e tecnologicamen-
te innovativo poiché consente di
ottenere il più alto livello di tutela,
mai raggiunto prima, in materia di
ambiente e salute.
Moretti Compact è da sempre

sprechi, utilizzare tecnologie capaci
di trasformare l’energia in modo più

chosen the eco-friendly board,
LEB, made with 100% recycled
wood, i.e, post-consumption wood
residues certified by the FSC (Forest
Stewardship Council). What this
means it that no trees have been
felled to make Eco Boards.
LEB is also the board with the
lowest formaldehyde emissions –
even lower than the limits set by
Japanese F**** regulations (the
world’s most stringent). Control of
emissions is carried out on a con-
