I dinosauri e tutte le incredibili creature del passato hanno tanto da
raccontare sulla storia della terra fin dalle sue origini e possono aiutarci
a capire cosa sta accadendo alla natura e all’ambiente ai giorni nostri.
La terra e il suo clima hanno da sempre subìto diverse fasi climatiche:
92 milioni di anni fa, mutazioni dovute ad una particolare oscillazione
dell’orbita terrestre rispetto al sole, oppure a violente eruzioni vulcaniche.
Ma la maggior parte degli scienziati concorda sul fatto che le cause
del cambiamento climatico che si registra in questi ultimi anni siano
dovute all’uomo. Ma in che modo si può promuovere una prospettiva
di cambiamento a lungo termine? La risposta chiama in causa le nuove
generazioni o meglio l’importanza di lasciare un mondo migliore per i
propri figli che vivranno nel futuro prossimo. Una pratica utile è quella
di includere i bambini nelle campagne di educazione e sensibilizzazione
sull’ambiente per aumentare la consapevolezza sui rischi dei mutamenti
climatici che potrebbero compromettere il loro futuro attivando il senso
di protezione e responsabilità. Il clima del pianeta per il futuro prossimo
dipende essenzialmente da noi.
Dinosaurs and all of the incredible creatures from the past have a
lot to say about the history of the earth, from the dawn of time, and they
can help us to understand what is happening to the environment today.
The earth has always undergone climate change : 92 million years ago,
changes were caused by a particular oscillation in the earth’s orbit of the
sun, or to violent volcanic eruptions. But the majority of scientists agree
on the fact that climate change over the last few years has been caused by
human activity. But how can we promote long-term changes? The answer
calls on younger generations or better still, the importance of leaving a
better world for the children who will be living in it in the near future.
A useful practice is including children in environmental education and
awareness campaigns to boost knowledge of the risks of climate change
which could affect their future, triggering their sense of protection and
responsibility. The future climate of this planet depends on us.
