La creatività è una capacità originale in ogni individuo e, per ognuno,
si manifesta in un particolare campo per questo è molto importante
riconoscerla nei bambini e individuare gli ambiti nei quali possono
sviluppare i loro talenti e le loro inclinazioni. Per esempio, tutti i bambini
sono naturalmente attratti dalla musica, ma i bambini dotati di capacità
musicali cercano di produrre combinazioni di suoni da soli, anche con
oggetti di uso quotidiano. La naturale inclinazione non basta, ma va
stimolata correttamente soprattutto perché la musica ha un’importanza
fondamentale per lo sviluppo del cervello del bambino. Per ascoltare,
cantare o suonare si devono attivare entrambi gli emisferi del cervello.
La musica aiuta anche a migliorare il carattere del bambino, attraverso
l’applicazione e l’impegno necessario per lo studio. Così il bambino impara
a dominare le emozioni, a vincere la timidezza, a sviluppare capacità di
autocontrollo e di concentrazione. Il risultato è una intensa ginnastica della
mente i cui benefici riguardano anche altre abilità: la musica è un esercizio
per imparare a costruire un legame profondo con il mondo.
Creativity is an original ability that we all have, and it shows itself in a
specific field, which is why it is so important to recognise it in children and
identify those areas where they can develop their talents and the things
they love. For example, all children are naturally attracted to music, but
children with musical talent try to produce combinations of sounds on
their own, even using everyday items. A natural gift is not enough; it needs
to be stimulated in the right way, especially because music is essential
in the development of a child’s brain. To listen, sing, or play they need
to activate both sides of the brain. Music also helps to improve a child’s
nature, through application and the commitment needed for study. In
this way, children learn to overcome their emotions, beat their shyness
and develop the skills of self control and concentration. The result is an
intense mental gymnastics, the benefits of which also involve other skills
- music is an exercise in learning to build a deep bond with the world.
