Alzi la mano chi riesce a vivere in stile “natural life”. Che è la vita basata
sui quattro elementi: alimentazione sana (terra), abbigliamento etico (aria),
benessere naturale (acqua) e abitare sostenibile (fuoco). Sono anche gli
elementi cardine, le regole d’oro per iniziare un’esistenza green, una vita
vissuta avendo cura dell’uso sapiente delle risorse e delle energie rinnovabili,
beni preziosi e insostituibili. Questo è anche uno dei concetti alla base della
spiritualità dei nativi americani. Da qui si parte per comprendere che tutto
intorno a noi, tutto ciò che la Natura ci offre è un dono che ci è stato messo a
disposizione e con il quale dobbiamo interagire con grande rispetto. “La terra
non appartiene all’uomo, è l’uomo che appartiene alla terra”. Una filosofia che
rimane valida tanto più oggi, nelle nostre città, dove si è perso completamente
questo rapporto salutare con la natura. Un pensiero da comunicare anche ai
più giovani affinché possano trarre vantaggio da questo insegnamento: vivere
all’aria aperta, prendersi cura dell’ambiente e degli animali, avere coscienza di
fare parte di un universo più grande di noi, in costante equilibrio. Una parte di
un tutto infinito.
Whoever can live the “natural life” way, please raise a hand. What
it is, is life based on the four elements: healthy eating (earth), ethical
clothing (air), natural well-being (water) and sustainable living (fire).
These are also the core elements, the golden rules to start a green
existence, a life lived using resources and renewable energy wisely,
precious and irreplaceable assets. This is also one of the basic concepts
of Native American spirituality. From here one can begin to understand
that everything around us, all that Nature offers us, is a gift that has been
made available to us and with which we must interact with great respect.
“Earth does not belong to man, it is man who belongs to the Earth.” A
philosophy that holds true to this day, in our cities, where this healthy
relationship with nature is completely lost. A thought to be conveyed to
children so that they may take advantage of this teaching: living in the
open air, taking care of the environment and animals, being aware of
being part of a larger universe around us, in constant balance. A portion
of an infinite whole.
