The Morelato history is based on passion and workmanship. In its natural evolution from esteemed artisan workshop to a company of international level, Morelato has
modernized its policies and enlarged its horizons, maintaining at the same time the spirit of its founder, Aldo Morelato.
With the entrance of a new generation Morelato has responded to the challenges of time following a strategy of constant growth and combining the refined art of
style furniture with the taste and necessities of modern life. With the intention to diffuse a project culture, the company has divided its activities in three sectors, each
of them with its own seat, which reflects the nature of its activity.
At Valmorsel in Salizzole, the production and administration, factory and offices are based. The factory, out of a technical point of view but also regarding logistics and
security can be defined as very modern and is organized to guarantee the product during all production phases up to its distribution with special warehouses for the
drying of the wood, production halls, varnish and assembly departments as well as finishing and packing departments, warehouses and loading spaces.
Palazzo Taidelli, an elegant building from the 19th century is situated in the middle of the furniture production area around Verona, in Sanguinetto, and since 1993 it has
been the Showroom of the Morelato Home Collection. In the accurately restored rooms, defined by the innovative taste of a group of young architects, the company
offers visitors the possibility to taste the spirit of the Morelato furniture and to admire the style evolution which covers six centuries of style furniture: from the classical
lines of the Louis XV, Louis XVI and Louis Philip collection through the Direttorio and Biedermeier style to the contemporary lines of the Novecento e Zero collections.
Villa Dionisi, built in the seventeenth century is situated in Ca’ del Lago close to Cerea, in the middle of the green Verona country side, is the seat of the MAAM museum
and represents as the cultural seat of the company, the very expression of the Morelato philosophy. In the elegant and suggestive atmosphere of the Villa the multi-
functional centre of the Aldo Morelato Foundation is seated. It includes a library, a research and design office, a conference- and study centre and an outlook on applied
art. By means of this multi-functional centre Morelato intends to promote and spread its vital enterprise culture.
