Die Basis beim Boxspringbett bildet der „Boxspring“, ein Untergestell mit
Federn. Wir verwenden dazu einen massiven Holzrahmen aus Buchen-
schichtholz. Die Verbindungen sind verleimt und verschraubt und sorgen
für die nötige Haltbarkeit. Die Ausstattung der Box erfolgt über einen Bon-
nell- oder Taschenfederkern. Auf dem Boxspring liegt dann eine auf den
Körper abgestimmte Obermatratze und je nach Aufbau ein zusätzlicher
Topper. Dieser unterstützt die Funktion der Matratze und bewirkt zudem
eine optimale Druckentlastung.
The box spring bed is based on the “box spring”, a subframe with springs.
We use a solid wood frame made of beech plywood. The joints are glued
and screwed and provide the necessary durability. The box is equipped
with a Bonnell or pocket spring core. A mattress which is adapted to the
body is put onto this box. An additional topper which supports the func-
tion of the mattress and brings about an optimum pressure relief may be
placed on top.
