Thanks to this system, your laundry dries perfectly – even if the water
contains significant amounts of calcium. This is by no means the
norm on machines without Perfect Dry as the calcium content in the
water influences residual moisture sensing – and in turn has an
impact on drying results. Perfect Dry takes the current calcium
content of water into account and precisely adjusts the drying
process accordingly. This ensures that the selected drying stage is
always achieved.
SteamFinish
If ironing is not your favorite task, then you will appreciate Miele’s
SteamFinish with the Steam Smoothing program. At the beginning
of the drying process, water is sprayed into the honeycomb drum
creating a fine mist which is heated by the drying air. The developing
steam penetrates the textiles and visibly smoothes the laundry. This
ensures that ironing is much easier and faster.
Honeycomb drum1)
The unique honeycomb structure lifts the laundry higher in the
rotating drum. Items are exposed to the warm air stream for longer,
which achieves more uniform drying results. Air pockets form in the
depressions of the individual hexagons and cushion the fall of
laundry. This ensures that your textiles are treated much more gently
and have less creases after drying. This simplifies ironing
considerably.
