Frame – Surface-mounted installation
1) The cabinet panel and an adjoining room wall or a
piece of furniture must be at least 25 mm apart to ensure
a minimum safety distance for the ducting. If the housing
unit rear panel is more than 555 mm from the front edge
of the worktop, the extension set from Miele must be
used in addition to the Plug&Play adapter.
2) After installation, the removable drip tray and cleaning
flap must remain accessible. 3) The cross-sectional area
of the vent must be at least 425 cm².
