Ispirato alle forme dei foils delle barche da regata
dell’America’s Cup, Foil è una collezione di tavoli che
grazie alla struttura delle gambe garantisce un supporto
solido e stabile, che propone un vivere quotidiano tra
operosità e creatività, tra convivio e intelletto.
Il piano ampio, in differenti materiali e finiture, sembra
navigare leggero sulle pinne verticali in un equilibrio
dinamico inaspettato.
La nautica come riferimento non è solo formale, ma
progettuale. Tutte le parti impiegano meno materiale
possibile senza rinunciare alla solidità finale, come
dovessimo affrontare il mare, e possono essere
facilmente disassemblate ed eventualmente sostituite.
Foil table collection is inspired by the foil shapes of
America’s Cup racing boats. Thanks to its leg structure,
it ensures solid and stable support, offering a daily
experience balanced between productivity and creativity,
conviviality and intellect.
The wide tabletop, which is available in different materials
and finishes, seems to float lightly above the fins of the
structure in an unexpected dynamic balance.
Nautical inspiration is not just a formal reference but a
design principle. All parts use the minimal amount of
material without compromising the final solidity, as if we
were facing the sea, and they can be easily disassembled
and potentially replaced.
