Volevamo progettare un oggetto che
raccontasse la tensione e la gravità. Abbiamo
disegnato una lampada mutevole, capace di
cambiare il proprio effetto luminoso e la sua
geometria astratta.
Due spot uno di fronte all’altro, uno fisso e uno
sospeso, sono tenuti insieme da due cavi. Al
centro, un disco luminoso in bilico a mezz’aria si
muove e diffonde la luce, producendo a terra e
a soffitto diverse ombre concentriche.
We wanted to design an object that could
speak of tension and gravity. We designed a
changing lamp, capable of modifying its light
effect and its abstract geometry. Two spotlights
one in front of the other, one fixed and the other
pendant, held together only by two cables. At
the center, a disk of light hanging in mid-air
moves and diffuses light, producing different
concentric shadows on the floor and on the
ceiling.
