Série de fauteuils, canapés, éléments modulaires et
poufs disponible en diverses variantes, avec une ligne
sobre, raide et moderne, caracérisée par un piètement de
19 cm de haut qui facilite le nettoyage.
Assise, dossier et accoudoirs sont constitués d’une
carcasse en sapin massief et panneaux de multiplis (pas
de panneaux de particules) de 18 mm en 5 couches de
bouleau, premier choix, sans aubier, fissures, trous de
vers ou autres défauts.
Le pourcentage d’humidité à l’équilibre ne dépasse pas
10%. La résistance de la carcasse est assurée par une
structure qui est faite avec tenons et mortaises.
La carcasse est revêtue de mousse à froid (mousse de
polyuréthane) d’une densité de 40 kg/m³, 5,9 kPa, et
d’une couche de dacron (ouate synthétique thermoliée)
de 100 grammes/m³.
La mousse à froid (mousse de polyuréthane) de la
partie supérieure de la carcasse a une densité beaucoup
plus haute (75 kg/m³, 15,5 kPa) vu qu’on s’appuie
fréquemment sur cette partie lorsqu’on s’assied et se
lève.
Les coussins d’assise et de dossier ont une épaisseur de
respectivement 14 et 17 cm et sont réalisés en mousse
à froid (mousse de polyuréthane, pas de polyéther) d’une
densité de 30 kg/m³, 4,2 kPa (sur demande sont aussi
disponibles, sans supplément de prix, d’autres densités),
composée de différentes couches pour garantir le
confort et revêtue d’une couche de dacron (ouate
synthétique thermoliée) de 100 grammes/m³.
Le coussin de dossier est renforcé avec un panneau
en multiplis (3 couches de bouleau) de 4 mm et offre
de cette manière un excellent support dans le dos à
l’utilisateur.
Mousse à froid ignifuge (mousse de polyuréthane
ignifuge) est disponible pour un supplément de prix.
Dans le cas de mousse à froid ignifuge (mousse de
polyuréthane ignifuge),e la mousse à froid (mousse de
polyuréthane) est toujours ignifuge CMHR (Combustion
Modified High Resilient) et répond aux normes British
Standard (BS), Cal 117, Classe 1IM, ainsi que, sur
demande, à d’autres normes (par exemple les normes
allemandes DIN ou les normes françaises NF).
Sur demande, les coussins d’assise des canapés
peuvent être faits en une pièce au lieu de divisés en
deux.
Le confort de l’assise vient, en dehors de la mousse
à froid mentionnée ci-dessus, des sangles élastiques
entrecroisées dont elle est équipée. Celles-ci ont une
largeur de 8 cm et sont placées à une distance maximale
de 1,5 à 2 cm l’une de l’autre.
Sur demande sont disponibles aussi deux versions
matelassées, une avec un matelassage en carrés, et
une du type capitonné sans boutons, pour le même
supplément de prix.
Le matelassage à carrés est obtenu en accouplant le
revêtement (tissu, similicuir ou cuir) à une couche de
dacron (ouate synthétique thermoliée) et tissu, en faisant
de cette manière des housses matelassées à l’aide de
machines de matelassage spéciales.
Le matelassage du type capitonné sans boutons est
entièrement fait main et est obtenu en cousant les
rectangles du revêtement (tissu, similicuir ou cuir) et en
tirant un fil qui est placé au point où se rencontrent les
coutures et en le fixant jusquà l’arrière de la mousse à
froid des coussins.
Standard, le revêtement en tissu est fixe (revêtement
déhoussable, uniquement en tissu, est disponible pour
un supplément de prix). Le revêtement en similicuir et
cuir est toujours fixe. Dans la version matelassée, le
revêtement est toujours fixe.
Les coussins d’assise et de dossier peuvent être enlevés
du fauteuil ou canapé pour faciliter le nettoyage.
В состав коллекции, выполненной в современной
стилистике и отличающейся строгими правильными
линиями, входят кресла, диваны, пуфы и модульные
элементы в различных вариациях. Отличительная
особенность - это высокое основание – 19 см от
уровня пола, что облегчает процесс уборки и эксплу-
атации. Сиденье, спинка и подлокотники сделаны из
массива ели в сочетании с многослойной фанерой
(не ДСП), состоящей из 5 слоев отборного шпона
березы толщиной 18мм, без заболони, трещин,
червоточин и иных дефектов. Значение равновесной
влажности не превышает 10%. Прочность каркаса
гарантирует особенность конструкции, имеющей
врубки и крестовые соединения, обеспечиваю-
щие повышенную устойчивость. Каркас оклеен
вспененным полиуретаном (плотность 40кг/м³,
предел прочности 5,9 кПа) и обернут слоем дакрона
(разновидность синтетического термоскреплён-
ного волокна) плотностью 100г/ м³. Вспененный
полиуретан, идущий на отделку верхней части
каркаса, имеет гораздо большую плотность и предел
прочности (75кг/ м³ и 15,5 кПа), чтобы противосто-
ять деформации в процессе эксплуатации, а также
постоянному воздействию, возникающему при
посадке и вставании. Для гарантии комфорта на-
полнение подушек сиденья и спинки (толщина 14см
и 17см, соответственно) выполнено из нескольких
слоев вспененного полиуретана (плотность 30кг/
м³, предел прочности 4,2 кПа, по запросу могут
варьироваться, без доплаты) в сочетании со слоем
из дакрона плотностью 100г/ м³. Подушка спинки
усилена вставкой из фанеры, в составе которой 3
слоя шпона березы толщиной 4мм каждый, что обе-
спечивает оптимальную поддержку спины сидящего.
За дополнительную плату возможно изготовление
наполнения из огнеупорного вспененного полиуре-
тана. В этом случае используется высокоупругий
трудновоспламеняемый вспененный полиуретан
категории CMHR (Combustion Modified High Resilient),
соответствующий всем необходимым нормам и
стандартам (английский British Standard (BS), амери-
канский Технический бюллетень 117 (Cal 117), класс
эмиссии М1, Немецкий институт по стандартизации
(DIN), французский орган по сертификации (NF). По
запросу возможно изготовление единой подушки
сиденья дивана вместо двух. Помимо наполнения
комфортность подушки сиденья обеспечивают пе-
рекрещивающиеся эластичные ремни (ширина 8см,
максимальное расстояние между двумя соседними
ремнями не превышает 1,5 – 2см), крепящиеся на
каркас.
По запросу за одинаковую дополнительную плату
возможно выполнение 2 вариантов стеганой отдел-
ки, - одна в стилистике капитоне, но без пуговиц, а
вторая в виде прямоугольников. Первый вариант это
целиком ручное исполнение, при котором фрагмен-
ты обивки (ткань, искусственная или натуральная
кожа) прямоугольной формы прошиваются швом,
а шнуры, фиксирующие места пересечения швов,
вытаскиваются на внутреннюю поверхность напол-
нения из полиуретана, натягиваются и крепятся.
Отделка в виде прямоугольников выполняется на
специальной вышивальной машине путем сшивания
обивки (ткань, искусственная или натуральная
кожа) и слоя дакрона, в результате чего создаются
стеганые полотна. По умолчанию обивка в ткани
несъемная, но по запросу за дополнительную плату
и только в ткани ее можно сделать съёмной. Обивка
в коже, натуральной либо искусственной, несъёмная
в любом случае. Стеганая обивка также несъёмная
в любом исполнении (ткань, кожа, искусственная
кожа).

Serie di poltrone, divani, elementi componibili e pouf
disponibile in diversi varianti, con una linea sobria,
squadrata e moderna, caratterizzata da un basamento
alto da terra 19 cm che ne facilita la pulizia.
La seduta, lo schienale ed i braccioli sono composti
da un fusto di abete massello e pannelli di multistrato
(non truciolare) di 5 strati di betulla da 18 mm, di prima
scelta, libero da alburno, spaccature, tarlature o altri
difetti.
La percentuale d’umidità di equilibrio non supera il 10%.
La resistenza del fusto è garantita da una costruzione
fatta con incastri e unioni di tipo a crociera che offrono
elevate garanzie di tenuta.
Il fusto è rivestito di gomma (poliuretano espanso) con
una densità di 40 kg/m³, 5,9 kPa, e uno strato di dacron
(ovatte sintetiche termolegate) da 100 grammi/m³.
La gomma (il poliuretano espanso) della parte superiore
del fusto ha una densità notevolmente più alta (75 kg/
m³, 15,5 kPa) per resistere alle numerose manipolazioni
dovute all’utilizzo e alle continue sollecitazioni che si
hanno mentre ci si alza e ci si siede.
I cuscini di seduta e di schienale hanno uno spessore
rispettivamente di 14 e 17 cm e sono realizzati in
gomma (poliuretano espanso, non polietere) con
una densità di 30 kg/m³, 4,2 kPa (su richiesta sono
disponibili anche altre densità, senza sovrapprezzo),
realizzata in diversi strati per garantire il comfort e
rivestita con uno strato di dacron (ovatte sintetiche
termolegate) da 100 grammi/m³.
Il cuscino di schienale è rinforzato con un pannello di
multistrato di 3 strati di betulla da 4 mm e quindi dà un
ottimo supporto alla schiena dell’utente.
Gomma ignifuga (poliuretano espanso ignifugo) è
disponibile con sovrapprezzo. Nel caso di gomma
ignifuga (poliuretano espanso ignifugo) la gomma
(il poliuretano espanso) è sempre ignifuga CMHR
(Combustion Modified High Resilient) e risponde alle
norme British Standard (BS), Cal 117, Classe 1IM,
nonché ad altri standard su richiesta (per esempio le
norme tedesche DIN o le norme francesi NF).
Su richiesta è possibile avere i cuscini di seduta dei
divani interi e non divisi in due.
Il comfort della seduta deriva, oltre che dalla gomma di
cui sopra, dalle cinghie elastiche intrecciate larghe 8 cm
di cui è dotata e che sono collocate ad un massimo di
1,5 / 2 cm l’una dall’altra.
Sono disponibili su richiesta anche due versioni
trapuntate, una con quadrotti, e una tipo capitonné
senza bottoni, per lo stesso sovrapprezzo.
La trapuntatura a quadrotti è ottenuta accoppiando il
rivestimento (tessuto, finta pelle o pelle) ad uno strato
di dacron (ovatte sintetiche termolegate) e di tessuto,
creando così dei teli trapuntati attraverso l’utilizzo di
specifiche macchine trapuntatrici.
La trapuntatura tipo capitonné senza bottoni è
interamente fatta a mano ed ottenuta cucendo i
rettangoli del rivestimento (tessuto, finta pelle o pelle) e
tirando e fissando un filo posto all’incrocio delle cuciture
fino alla parte posteriore della gomma dei cuscini.
Standard il rivestimento in tessuto è fisso (il
rivestimento sfoderabile solo in tessuto è disponibile
con sovrapprezzo). Il rivestimento in finta pelle e in pelle
è sempre fisso. Nella versione trapuntata il rivestimento
è sempre fisso.
I cuscini di seduta e di schienale si possono rimuovere
dalla poltrona o dal divano per facilitare la pulizia.
Series of armchairs, sofas, modular elements and poufs
available in several variants, with a sober, square and
modern line, characterized by a base 19 cm from the
ground that facilitates cleaning.
The seat, the back and the armrests are made up of a
frame of solid pine and plywood panels (not particle
board), 18 mm thick, of 5 layers of birch, first choice, free
from sapwood, cracks, wormholes or other defects.
The percentage of the equilibrium moisture does not

construction made with mortise and tenon joints.
The frame is coated with polyurethane foam with a
density of 40 kg/m³, 5,9 kPa, and a layer of dacron

has a density considerably higher (75 kg/m³, 15,5 kPa)
to withstand the numerous manipulations due to the use
and to the continuous stresses it undergoes when one
sits down or stands up.
The seat and back cushions have a thickness of
respectively 14 and 17 cm and are made of polyurethane
foam (not polyether) with a density of 30 kg/m³, 4,2
kPa (on request also other densities are available,
without extra cost), realized in several layers to
ensure the comfort and coated witha layer of dacron
(thermobonded synthetic wadding) of 100 grams/m³.
The back cushion is reinforced with a plywood panel, 4
mm thick, of 3 layers of birch, and thus gives a very good
support to the back of the user.
Fire retardant polyurethane foam is available at extra
cost. In case of fire retardant polyurethane foam it is
always fire retardant CMHR (Combustion Modified High
Resilient) and meets the British Standard (BS), Cal 117,
Classe 1IM standards, as well as other standards on
request (for example, the German DIN standards or the
French NF standards).
On request it is possible to have the seat cushions of the
sofas in one piece instead of divided in two.
The comfort of the seat comes, apart from the
polyurethane foam mentioned above, from the 8 cm
wide intertwined elastic belts it is equipped with and
which are located at a maximum of 1,5 / 2 cm one from
the other.
On request also two quilted versions are available, one
with squares, and one of the capitonné without buttons
type, at the same extra cost.
The quilting with squares is obtained by coupling the
upholstery (fabric, artificial leather or leather) to a layer
of dacron (thermobonded wynthetic wadding) and fabric,
creating this way quilted coverings through the use of
specific quilting machines.
The capitonné without buttons type quilting is all done
by hand and is obtained by sewing the rectangles of
the upholstery (fabric, artificial leather or leather) and
pulling and fixing a thread placed at the intersection of
the seams to the back of the polyurethane foam of the
cushions.
Standard the upholstery in fabric is fixed (removable
upholstery, only in fabric, is available at extra cost). The
upholstery in artificial leather and leather is always fixed.
In the quilted version the upholstery is always fixed.
The seat and back cushions can be removed from the
chair or sofa to facilitate cleaning.
Serie von Sesseln, Sofas, modularen Elementen und Ho-
ckern, in verschiedenen Varianten erhältlich, mit einem
schlichten, starren und modernen Look, gekennzeichnet
durch ein Untergestell von 19 cm hoch, dass das Putzen
erleichtert.
Sitz, Rücken und Armlehnen bestehen aus einem Gestell
aus massiver Fichte und Schichtholzplatten (keine
Spanplatten) (5 Schichte Birkenholz) von 18 mm, erste
Wahl, frei von Splint, Rissen, Wurmlöchern oder anderen
Mängeln.
Der Gleichgewichtsfeuchtigkeitsgehalt überschreitet
die 10% nicht. Die Stärke des Gestells wird durch eine
Konstruktion, die mit Zapfenverbindungen hergestellt ist,
sichergestellt.
Das Gestell ist mit PU-Schaum mit einer Densität
von 40 kg/m³, 5,9 kPa, und einer Schicht von Dacron
(thermisch gebundener synthetischen Watte) von 100 g/
m³ bekleidet.
Der PU-Schaum des oberen Teils des Gestells hat eine
viel höhere Densität (75 kg/m³, 15,5 kPa) weil man so
häufig darauf stützt, wenn man sich setzt oder wieder
aufsteht.
Die Sitz- und Rückenkissen haben eine Dicke von 14 bzw.
17 cm und bestehen aus PU-Schaum (kein Polyether) mit
einer Densität von 30 kg/m³, 4,2 kPa (auf Anfrage sind,
ohne Aufpreis, auch andere Densitäten erhältlich), aus
verschiedenen Schichten aufgebaut um den Komfort
zu gewährleisten und bekleidet mit einer Schichte von
Dacron (thermisch gebundener synthetischen Watte) von
100 g/m³.
Das Rückenkissen ist mit einer Schichtholzplatte (3
Schichte Birkenholz) von 4 mm verstärkt und bietet
dem Benutzer damit eine sehr gute Rückenstütze. Die
Höhe des Rückenkissens kann nach Wunsch angepasst
werden, und dies ohne Aufpreis ab 10 Stück.
Schwer brennbarer PU-Schaum ist gegen Aufpreis
erhältlich. Im Fall von schwer brennbarem PU-Schaum
ist der Pu-Schaum immer vom Typ CMHR (Combustion
Modified High Resilient) und entspricht er den Normen
Britsh Standard (BS), Cal 117, Classe 1IM und, auf Anfra-
ge, auch anderen Normen (zum Beispiel den deutschen
DIN-Normen oder den französischen NF-Normen).
Auf Anfrage können die Sitzkissen der Sofas in einem
Stück anstatt in zwei verteilt gemacht werden.
Der Komfort des Sitzes geht, abgesehen vom oben
erwähnten PU-Schaum, aus den durcheinandergewebten
elastischen Gurten mit denen er ausgestattet ist, hervor.
Diese Gurte sind 8 cm breit und höchstens 1,5 bis 2 cm
voneinander angeordnet.
Auf Anfrage sind auch zwei abgesteppte Versionen
erhältlich, eine mit einer Absteppung in Quadraten, und
eine vom Typ capitonné ohne Knöpfe, vür den gleichen
Aufpreis.
Die Absteppung mit Quadraten wird erhalten durch das
Koppeln vom Bezug (Stoff, Kunstleder oder Leder) an
eine Schicht von Dacron (thermisch gebundene syntheti-
sche Watte) und Stoff, und auf diese Weise abgesteppte
Hüllen zu machen mithilfe spezieller Steppmaschinen.
Die Absteppung vom Typ capitonné ohne Knöpfe ist
komplett handgefertigt und wird erhalten durch Nähen
der Rechtecke der Polsterung (Stoff, Kunstleder oder
Leder) und Anziehen und Befestigen eines Fadens, der
an der Stelle, wo die Nähte zusammenkommen, gelegt
wird, bis auf der Rückseite des PU-Schaums der Kissen.
Standard ist die Polsterung in Stoff fest (abziehbare
Polsterung, nu in Stoff, ist gegen Aufpreis erhältlich). Die
Polsterung in Kunstleder und Leder ist immer fest. In der
abgesteppten Version ist die Polsterung immer fest.
Die Sitz- und Rückenkissen können aus dem Sessel oder
Sofa entfernt werden, um das Putzen zu erleichtern.
