UNA STORIA CHE INIZIA NEL 1946 CON IL PROGRESSO DI UN LABORATORIO CHE
È DIVENTATO UNA GRANDE FALEGNAMERIA INDUSTRIALE
1946 - Il laboratorio MAISTRI, Fondato da Silvio Maistri, è nato come falegnameria artigianale e con l’intendimento
di partecipare alla ricostruzione di un paese che stava vivendo uno dei periodi più travagliati della sua storia. Sono
anni di innovazione e anche nell’ambiente domestico si delinea un nuovo scenario, quello della living-kitchen, “sogno
americano di tutte le donne”, che trasforma la cucina in spazio di relazione e di partecipazione. 1970 - Alla fine
degli anni 70 alla scomparsa del fondatore, i quattro figli, hanno raccolto, una notevole capacità manageriale,
l’eredità di operosa laboriosità e serietà di conduzione rendendo sempre più grande e importante l’azienda. Infatti
da falegnameria artigianale passa a diventare una falegnameria industriale, senza però modificare quelle che
sono le caratteristiche di una produzione di livello qualitativo alto. 1980 - Un’attività che ha saputo affrontare i
cambiamenti sociali ed economici dell’epoca con grande lungimiranza; ed è proprio in questo momento che nello
stesso paese, inizia a funzionare il nuovo stabilimento, su un’area di 45000mq, che racchiude quanto di più moderno
e tecnologicamente avanzato esista nel settore della produzione dei mobili per cucina. 2000 - La lunga esperienza
di MAISTRI maturata negli anni di attività ha creato una struttura tecnica di produzione estremamente dinamica. Di
reparto in reparto, un processo lavorativo robotizzato trasforma la materia prima in prodotto finito. Ma tra il lavoro
della moderna tecnologia c’è di mezzo l’uomo che, con mano esperta da vero artigiano, lavora i pannelli fuori misura
ad uno ad uno e ne cura i dettagli in fase di produzione. 2012 - Dal 2012 ad oggi, la storica azienda è guidata
da ASSO S.P.A., realtà imprenditoriale veronese specializzata nella produzione di arredamenti e contract di alto
livello, che ha saputo cogliere e preservare lo spirito fondante di MAISTRI aggiungendo un importante patrimonio
di storia, competenze industriali e cultura del prodotto. Oggi - Oggi il marchio, di proprietà del GRUPPO ASSO,
continua a crescere e portare un altissimo contributo nel design e nella qualità dei propri progetti. Un lavoro che si fa
notare anche dalla continua espansione verso il mondo del progettista e della realizzazione di contract, nazionali e
internazionali, che hanno scelto MAISTRI per i loro progetti cucina.
A STORY THAT BEGAN IN 1946 WITH THE PROGRESS OF A WORKSHOP THAT HAS

1946 - The MAISTRI laboratory, founded by Silvio Maistri, was born as an artisan carpentry and with the intention of
participating in the reconstruction of a town that was experiencing one of the most troubled periods in its history. These
were years of innovation and a new scenario was also emerging in the home environment, that of the living-kitchen,
“the American dream of all women”, which transformed the kitchen into a space for relationships and participation.
1970 - At the end of the 70s, following the death of the founder, the four children, had collected considerable
managerial skills, the legacy of industrious hard work and seriousness of management, making the company
increasingly large and important. In fact, from an artisan carpentry it passed to become an industrial carpentry,
without however modifying the characteristics of production of a high quality level. 1980 - An activity that was able
to face the social and economic changes of the time with great foresight; and it was precisely at this moment that in the
same town, the new plant began to operate, on an area of 45,000 square metres, which contains the most modern
and technologically advanced machinery in the kitchen furniture production sector. 2000 - The long experience of
MAISTRI gained over the years of activity has created an extremely dynamic technical production structure. From
department to department, a robotic working process transforms the raw material into a finished product. But besides
the work of modern technology, there is the man who, with the expert hand of a true craftsman, customises every single
piece one by one and takes care of the details during production. 2012 - From 2012 to today, the historic company
has been led by ASSO SPA, a Veronese entrepreneurial reality specialized in the production of high-level furnishings
and contracts, which has been able to capture and preserve the founding spirit of MAISTRI by adding an important
heritage of history, industrial skills and product culture. TODAY - Today the brand, owned by the ASSO GROUP,
continues to grow and make a very high contribution to the design and quality of its projects. A work that is also
noted by the continuous expansion towards the world of the designer and the creation of national and international
contracts, who have chosen MAISTRI for their kitchen projects.
