SUPPORTING BAR
La catena è un profilo in alluminio estruso utilizzato per
dare stabilità e rigidità alle strutture. La posizione della
catena può variare in relazione alla tipologia della
struttura e agli elettrodomestici inseriti al suo interno.
The supporting bar are a extruded aluminium profile,
put on top of the base cabinets structure and used to
provide stability and rigidity to the unit. The position of
the supporting bar may vary depending on the type of
structure and the appliances inserted in it.

DOOR BUFFERS
Di serie sono inseriti nella
struttura i paracolpi. Sono ideali
per attutire la chiusura di ante e
cassetti. I colori sono trasparente
sulla struttura warmgray e nero
sulla struttura darkgray.
The bumpers are inserted
into the structure as standard.
These bumpers are specially
designed to cushion closing
doors and drawers. The colors
are transparent on the warmgray
structure and black on the
darkgray structure.

CAPPELLO
CIELING
Per le basi è disponibile su richiesta il cappello in alternativa alle
catene. Non disponibile per basi lavello e piano cottura. Per le
cucine con top di spessore 12 mm fornito di serie. Alla richiesta
del cappello in alternativa alle catene, non verrà applicato nessun
sovraprezzo.
For base units is available the cieling upon request as an
alternative to chains. Not available for sink base units and
cooktop. For kitchens with 12 mm thick top supplied as standard.
No surcharge will be applied to the request for the cieling as an
alternative to chains.
INFO STRUTTURA
È l’elemento portante di ogni elemento cucina. I nobilitati sono costituiti da carte ad alta grammatura, trattate con
resina melaminica. Ogni pannello che costituisce la struttura è bordato a spessore con colla poliuretanica che
lo sigilla completamente. La struttura è personalizzabile in larghezza, altezza e profondità e viene realizzata
utilizzando pannelli CARB2 spessi 18 mm in classe A+, contenenti oltre il 90% di materiale riciclato e con bassissimo
contenuto di formaldeide. Le certificazioni, come CARB (California Air Resource Board), seguono il regolamento
Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) mirato a ridurre e controllare le emissioni di formaldeide dai pannelli a base
legno utilizzati in California. Recentemente estesa a tutti gli Stati Uniti con l’estensione TSCA US EPA, la certificazione
CARB, sebbene obbligatoria solo negli USA, è diventata uno standard nel settore legno-arredo, influenzando molti
produttori europei di pannelli. FSC®, la principale certificazione per la sostenibilità ambientale, attesta che i pannelli
utilizzati per le nostre strutture sono realizzati al 100% con legno riciclato post consumo, dimostrando il pieno
rispetto dell’ambiente e promuovendo il riciclo dei pannelli a fine vita in nuovi prodotti. ReMade in Italy® è la prima
certificazione di prodotto accreditata in Italia ed Europa per verificare il contenuto di materiale riciclato nei pannelli.
Attesta la tracciabilità dalla provenienza delle materie prime fino al pannello finito, rappresentando uno strumento
di trasparenza per Green Public Procurement e il mercato privato (con riferimento ai CAM ITALIANI, se necessario).
Prodotti certificati garantiscono requisiti ambientali nel riciclo di pannelli e prodotti in tutti i settori, promuovendo
l’eco sostenibilità. Secondo questo standard, il materiale utilizzato nei pannelli è in classe A+. Certificato PEFCTM:
I pannelli di questo prodotto sono realizzati con materia prima da foreste gestite in modo sostenibile e da fonti

STRUCTURE INFO
It is the supporting element of every kitchen. The wood fiberboard laminated consists of high-weight papers treated
with melamine resin. Each panel that forms the structure is thickly edged with polyurethane glue, completely sealing
it. The structure is customizable in terms of width, height, and depth, and is crafted using 18mm thick CARB2 wood
fiberboard laminated panels in class A+, containing over 90% recycled material and with very low formaldehyde
content. Certifications, such as CARB (California Air Resource Board), adhere to the Airborne Toxic Control Measure
(ATCM) regulation aimed at reducing and controlling formaldehyde emissions from wood-based panels used in
California. Recently extended to the entire United States with the TSCA US EPA extension, CARB certification, though
mandatory only in the U.S., has become a standard in the wood-furniture sector, influencing many European panel
manufacturers. FSC®, the primary certification for environmental sustainability, attests that the panels used for our
structures are made entirely from 100% post-consumer recycled wood, demonstrating full environmental respect
and promoting the recycling of end-of-life panels into new products. ReMade in Italy® is the first accredited product
certification in Italy and Europe to verify the content of recycled material in panels. It attests to the traceability from
the origin of raw materials to the finished panel, serving as a tool for transparency in Green Public Procurement and
the private market (with reference to the ITALIAN CAMs if necessary). Certified products guarantee environmental
requirements in the recycling of panels and products across all sectors, promoting eco-sustainability. According to
this standard, the material used in the wood fiberboard laminated panels is classified as A+. PEFCTM Certified: The
panels of this product are made from raw material from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources. Recycled
PEFCTM: The panels of this product are made from recycled raw material and from controlled and traced sources.
