ASSO Spa è un’azienda che dal 1988 opera nel settore della produzione di arredamenti per negozi. Nel 2012
ha dato vita ad un programma di arredi in laminato HPL per ambienti lavorativi, sanitari e fitness ad alta affluenza.
Nello stesso anno ha aperto le proprie porte al mondo del design acquisendo due marchi storici del Made in Italy,
dapprima MAISTRI e poi minotticucine. Due aziende di cucine entrambe nate in Valpolicella nella seconda metà
degli anni ’40, producono cucine di alta qualità, frutto del design, della ricerca e della sapiente arte manifatturiera
che caratterizzano da sempre quelle eccellenze italiane che si distinguono sia in territorio nazionale che estero.
Fortemente radicata nel territorio veronese, Asso Group opera nella sede di San Pietro in Cariano in Valpolicella. In
una superficie 45.000 metri quadri progetta e produce arredamenti per retail, hpl e cucine. Oltre al team di architetti,
designer e falegnami con ampia esperienza nella progettazione e produzione di arredi, Asso spa vanta un team di
montatori esperti che lavorano in progetti chiavi in mano per opere contract di natura commerciale, alberghiera e
residenziale.

ASSO Spa was established in 1988 and for almost thirty years has been operating in the shop fitting industry,
manufacturing and selling furniture for retail stores. Since 2012 has started a development program based on a
new product for the realization of customized furnishings in HPL laminate for working places, sanitary and fitness
environments characterized by high inflow of people, being this product particularly suitable to meet hygiene and
cleanness requirements. In the last years ASSO has opened up its doors to the world of design, acquiring two
historical brands of the Made in Italy, firstly MAISTRI and then minotticucine. There are many similarities between
the two companies: both were established in Valpolicella in the second half of the 40s, both manufacture top quality
kitchens, based on design, research and skilled manufacturing art, characteristics of excellence that have always
distinguished the best Italian companies in the national market and abroad. Strongly rooted in the Veronese area,
Asso Group operate from its headquarters in San Pietro in Cariano in Valpolicella. They design and create furniture
for retail, hpl and kitchens as well, on 45,000 square meters area. In addition to the team of architects, designers
and skilled carpenters in the furniture design and manufacturing, Asso spa is proud to include a team of expert fitters
working on turnkey projects, commercial, hotel and residential contracts as well.
