The concept of HAY comes
from the study of the Carpathi-
an mountains and their local
grass varieties, which in sum-
mer, burnt by the sun, turn into
perfumed hay. The name of the
hotel, HAY, refers precisely to
this perfumed hay, which is the
protagonist of the entire interior
design.
The building is organically inte-
grated into the landscape and
resembles a rock with cascades
of plants.
The hotel offers guests elegant-
ly furnished rooms with bal-
conies in which you will find a
selection of products from our
Officina collection designed by
the Bouroullecs, such as so-
