CONDITIONS
VALIDITY
These prices are valid from the July, 1st 2023. This document
replaces any previously informed prices.
MAAMI HOME is legally represented by TCC WHITESTONE LDA,
with headquarters at Rua Norton de Matos, 835 – Gulpilhares,
4405-671 Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.
Information security is important to MAAMI HOME. We have
established appropriate physical, electronic and managerial
safeguards to protect the information that we collect from or
about our users.
MAAMI HOME does, however, reserve the right at all times to
disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable
law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. MAAMI
HOME reserves the right to modify the price list and/ or these
terms and conditions without notice.
PRICE LIST
The prices listed in this document are expressed in Euros.
MAAMI HOME reserves the right to modify the price list and/ or

previously discussed and will be for each value of business and
payment terms.
Packing, shipping and mounting NOT INCLUDED.
VAT (European Union) and other TAXES NOT INCLUDED.
PRODUCTS
All measurements units are shown in their references table.
Colours may not exactly match the samples due to the nature of
the printing process or media support in which it is presented,
therefore objections are not accepted. Natural stones, wood, metal
and colours may not exactly match the sample due to the nature

Many finishes are applied by hand and may vary in colour, tone
and pattern. MAAMI HOME will make every effort to match all
the finishes, no guarantee can be made of an exact match. We
do not guarantee finishes against fading and oxidizing over time.
Variations in colour and veining are inherent in stone and wood
and considered to be part of the material’s natural beauty.
Plugs and switches are included and in accordance with the
country standards to which the product is destined. Any other
controls, such as dimmer controls are not included.
MAAMI HOME is free to commit any design changes without
prior notice. Images in the catalogue or website may vary from
the final product. We work every day to enhance our products
quality, aesthetics, usability and reliability.
SHIPPING
1. EUROPEAN UNION SHIPPING
1.1. Shipping is arranged by the vendor
For each order, the vendor shall invoice the purchased products
by email or by post to customer, depending on the applicable laws
and regulations. The invoice will be based upon the information
provided by the customer at the time of the order. No changes are
possible after the invoice has been emitted.
When shipping is arranged by the Vendor, purchased products
shall be delivered by a forwarding service; products will be
delivered on working days (thus excluding Saturdays, Sundays and
local or national holidays) within the hereby terms indicated or
during the check-out process.
MAAMI HOME does not take responsibility whatsoever, for any
damages resulting from handling, loading or unloading by people
acting on behalf of the receiver.
1.2. Shipping is arranged by the customer
Pick up in our warehouse by customers own means (ex-works);
whenever the client chooses to transport the product(s) by his own
method or mean, MAAMI HOME will be free of any charges or
responsibility over events that might occur during transportation.
2. OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to
import duties and Customs fees. These additional fees might not
be computable at the moment of the “ex-go factory” of the goods.
INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
MAAMI HOME assumes no responsibility for any incorrect
installation of its products. Products must be installed by qualified
installers in accordance with the standards and following the
respective PRODUCT INSTALLATION MANUA, if available.
Installation and maintenance treatments are available under
consultation. Please do not use products that might scratch, such
as abrasive powders and chemicals, solvents or strong acids.
Possible oil stains, food particles and weak acids will danger the
stone surface, and only can be removed by mechanical sanding.

CLAIM & RETURN POLICY
Should the article received fail your expectations in any way, please
provide written claim to MAAMI HOME within the first 48 hours
after reception. Photographic evidence supporting your allegation
must be sent by e-mail to: info@maamihome.com or the respective
sales representative. Upon confirmation of a production defect,
MAAMI HOME compromises to repair it within a period of time
agreed with the client whenever possible or to replace it when
it can not be repaired. MAAMI HOME will ask you to return the
defective product in its original package.
MAAMI HOME will not be liable for any damages that might occur
from handling and/ or installation by any person acting on behalf of
the client/ receiver.
RETURNS OF PRODUCTS already installed will not be accepted.
JURISDICTION
Any question that may arise from the interpretation, application
or obedience to the Terms and Conditions must be viewed and
resolved in accordance with the Portuguese laws.
Porto, Portugal, is designated as the only competent jurisdiction
with express renunciation of any other.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment conditions will be treated as agreed with the customer.
