Romanica is a creation of Spanish designer Mariví Calvo. Created in 1995, it is part of the first collection created by LZF Lamps and manufactured today as it was in the beginning: by hand, with a careful treatment in every step of the process. A clear example of the LZF philosophy, the Romanica proves that combining light and wood veneer has always been the main objective of the house’s innovative efforts. Its austere shape is a perfect companion to its warmness and makes it an ideal option for every kind of interior. Combining different sizes in the same space a surprising volume is achieved. The hanging version is available in four different sizes: 30 cm, 40 cm, 50 cm and 120 cm. Being such an early design, it is still manufactured featuring the original finish, using artificially reconstructed sheets of poplar wood that highlight the shape and wood grain
