Totem is a veritable feast for the senses, a light
whose proportions enliven a space with dramatic
effect. Envisaged by designers Mariví Calvo and Burkhard
Dämmer, Totem evolved from the clever amalgamation
of Dämmer’s Pod and Poppy pendants.
A sublime lighting structure, Totem has the emblematic
air of a sacred object, a light whose shape and spirit
are reflected in cultures worldwide. Available in three
stacked variations, the Totem pendant diffuses warm
light through the gaps in its wood veneer strips. As a
physical entity, Totem’s presence is impressive. Just as
important, its spiritual quality is entirely unreserved.
