Sistema de triple sellado IP68: máxima protección frente al agua, cloro y salinidad
En Luz Negra entendemos los riesgos que implica combinar electricidad y humedad, especialmente en entornos exigentes
como piscinas o instalaciones expuestas al cloro y a la sal. Por ello, hemos desarrollado un exclusivo sistema de triple
sellado que garantiza un nivel de estanqueidad IP68, cumpliendo con las principales normativas internacionales como
UL y CE.
Nuestro proceso de sellado se realiza en tres fases:
1. Sellado interno de la tira LED.
2. Encapsulado del extremo del perfil de neón.
3. Aplicación de un sellado exterior de alta resistencia.
Este sistema asegura la máxima durabilidad y fiabilidad, incluso en condiciones extremas.
Debido a la complejidad del proceso, el plazo de entrega es de 4 a 6 semanas. Además, por motivos de garantía, el
producto no puede ser manipulado ni cortado por el cliente una vez fabricado.
Al realizar el pedido, es imprescindible indicar:
• Longitud exacta del tramo de LED.
• Longitud del cable de alimentación.
También se deberá completar un breve formulario técnico que adjuntamos con el fin de asegurar que el producto entregado
se adapte perfectamente a las necesidades del proyecto.

Triple-Seal IP68 System: maximum protection against water, chlorine, and salinity
Here at Luz Negra, we take the risks of combining electricity and moisture very seriously, especially in demanding environments
such as swimming pools or installations exposed to chlorine and salt. That’s why we have developed an exclusive Triple-Seal
System that ensures IP68-rated watertightness, fully compliant with leading international standards such as UL and CE.
Our sealing process is carried out in three stages:
1. Internal sealing of the LED strip.
2. Encapsulation of the neon profile ends.
3. Application of a high-resistance external seal.
This system guarantees maximum durability and reliability, even under extreme conditions.
Due to the complexity of the process, the lead time is 4 to 6 weeks to have in our factory. Additionally, for warranty reasons,
the product cannot be cut or modified by the customer once manufactured.
When placing an order, it is essential to specify:
• Exact length of the LED segment.
• Length of the power cable.
A short technical questionnaire will also be provided and must be completed to ensure the product is tailored precisely
to the project requirements.
