Eva
Eva is a fascinating table lamp with a very original light intensity
control. A transparent and ethereal glass, lit from below through a lens
that widens the beam and propagates thanks to the conical opaline
diffuser, and that dims by rotating the ring that forms the base.
The base is made of turned aluminium and houses the electronic
components, the LED, the optics and the encoder system with
rotation-sensitive infrared sensor. This creates a cone of light, a subtle
but seductive stream similar to that of a candle, attractive and soft.
Eva è una lampada da tavolo di grande fascino, anche grazie
all’originale controllo dell’intensità della luce. Un vetro trasparente
ed etereo, illuminato dal basso attraverso una lente che allarga il fascio
e si propaga grazie al diffusore conico opalino, e che si dimmera
ruotando l’anello che forma la base. La base è realizzata in alluminio
tornito e ospita i componenti elettronici, il LED, l’ottica e il sistema
encoder con sensore ad infrarossi sensibile alla rotazione.
Si crea così un cono di luce, un flusso sottile ma seducente
simile a quello di una candela, attraente e morbido.
