ZENIT
Cylindrical and conical poles
The new Zenit conical poles, manufactured using innovative ERW
technology, represent a significant step forward compared to
traditional poles, both aesthetically and functionally. Aestheti-
cally, they are distinguished by their exceptionally smooth and
uniform surface, free of visible welds, which gives them a modern
and clean appearance, ideal for blending harmoniously into ur-
ban and architectural contexts.
In terms of structural resistance, Zenit poles offer a considerable
advantage thanks to the use of a special type of steel, selected for
its high strength. They are made of S235JR steel and are hot-dip
galvanised with an average thickness of 70 microns, in accordance
with ISO 1461. They are then treated with the C5 plus cycle to with-
stand marine environments and painted with thermosetting pow-
ders, reaching an average thickness of 190 microns.
Mechanical test resistance is guaranteed by ISO 1519,
ISO 2409, ISO 1520, ISO 2815 and STM D2794 standards.
With regard to resistance to chemical tests, the poles meet the stand-
ards ISO 9227, ISO 6270, ISO 3231, ISO 2810, ISO 1134-1, ISO 11507 and
EN 2260-1.
