The entire Flex Light range
has a reverse polarity system,
which works as a guarantee
and protection in case of
assembly with reversed poles.
Furthermore, the presence of
IC regulators guarantee light
uniformity and homogeneity
the entire installed length.
Dissipation
Rubber is made up of different materials: the structure in polyurethane
and the diffuser in polyurethane resin. Strip is coated in silicone. Like
all plastic materials, these are also subject to chromatic and physical
variations over time. Linea Light Group has selected materials that
prevent these side effects. The purpose of the UV rays test is to
predict ageing in the products, simulating extreme conditions (up to
80°C) and thermal shocks. This allows us to guarantee the material
and their performance over time.
Test e control
Rubber and Strip LEDs have been
designed and created to ensure the best
visual comfort possible. The entire range
is set up to support the circadian rhythm,
simply by regulating the light intensity
and the colour temperature gradually
from 3000 K to 6000 K. This makes it
possible to control the melatonin and
set the cortisol, both indispensable for
the visual and vital well-being of man.
Moreover, the numerous tests serve as
guarantee of durability and retention of the
efficacy and quality of the light, factors of
great importance in closed or protected
environments, such as offices or hospitals.
