In the world of lighting, by "BUG-Rating" we want to refer to the three main factors that contribute to light pollution, namely
Backlight, Up-light and Glare. Backlight: refers to the backlight emitted by the device, better known by the English term
"Light Trespass", due to the reflection of light generated by the surface of the device, which causes the so-called "halo"
effect around the product. Up-light: Refers to light that is emitted upward towards the night sky, rather than downward
where it is needed. This light can cause widespread brightness in the night sky, interfering with the observation of stars
and astronomical events. The up-light is considered high when the angle of the light emitted upwards varies between 100°
and 180°, while it is low when the values are between 90° and 100°. Glare: refers to the glare of the frontal light, causing
discomfort or temporary blindness to observers, especially when driving or using devices that require good vision.
