With over 20 numerically controlled (CNC) machines at our
disposal, we shape materials with precision. This allows us to
create a wide range of products, adaptable to different market
demands in terms of size and performance. In particular, our 3
cutting lines for aluminium extrusions are the heart of our savoir-
faire. These plants allow us to precisely shape aluminium profiles,
ensuring consistent quality and production flexibility, confirming
us as a reliable partner for our customers.
The autostore warehouse, a latest generation system that houses
components and small parts such as lenses, glass and springs,
has the purpose of maximising the yield and speed of operations, whilst managing to reduce
costs and obtain a total traceability of the operations. The warehouse is made up of 21,000 boxes
divided into 1312 stations with 16 stacked boxes. By scanning the barcode, the order signal is
transmitted to the 10 robots which, moving in a coordinated manner and through paths optimised
by the algorithm, pick the components which will then move on to assembly.
