The Spark One building inaugurates a new commercial area in the
Santa Giulia district in Milan, near the Milano Rogoredo train and metro
station. The building, with nine floors and a total area of approximately
52,000 square metres, hosts offices, catering and commercial
activities. It is the result of an elaborate architectural project signed
by the Progetto CMR studio, which created a space capable of
characterising the neighbourhood with its own identity, inspired by the
concepts of community, efficiency, sustainability and participation.
The great protagonist of the building's lighting design is Rollip70, the
continuous line system specifically designed to be integrated into the
structure's beams. Used with two different power levels for maximum
energy efficiency. The Cob down-light used in some of the office areas
for its high visual comfort, completes the lighting project.
Wellness and business in an unprecedented dimension. This is The
Westin London City promise, the new hotel of the prestigious Westin
Hotels & Resorts chain, overlooking the Thames with a spectacular
view of the river. Designed by the British architecture and interior
design studio Moren, the building appears as an open and airy
environment, capable of ensuring the right amount of privacy to its
guests. The lighting project was conceived to be perfectly in line
with the general theme of the hotel: wellbeing. To further underline
the elegant atmosphere of the hotel, an accurate lighting project was
created by the Nulty lighting designers in collaboration with Studio
Moren, using various solutions from the Linea Light Group. The final
effect is a feeling of calm and peace that pervades the visitor from the
moment he/she arrives.
In the entrance of this five-star luxury resort, in the heart of Western
Asia, between comfort and tranquillity. Our Alcor step light creates a
warm and elegant atmosphere, welcoming and guiding guests along
a fascinating path of light. A project supported by high technology
and passion for the future, a dream that becomes real in this pearl
of the desert.
