our Multi Care finish, you can simply remove stains with water.
Every fiber of the fabric is protected by an invisible, impenetrable
micro-coating. Read these tips carefully and consult the James
stain guide for additional information. We care for you!

Remove as much solid residue as possible with a spoon.

Blot the liquid with an absorbent (white) cloth.

Immediately dampen a white, cotton terry towel with
cold water, wring out, and place it flat on the stain.

Leave the towel in place. When it becomes saturated,
replace it as described above. Then leave the towel in place
until it is completely dry.

Is the stain still visible? Then use James Stain Wonder for
water-based stains (such as urine, vomit, blood, and
coffee) or James Stain Spray for grease and oil stains
(such as ink, shoe polish, cosmetics, grease residues, and
paint).
