Come i riti di passaggio che
introducono a nuovi mondi, così gli spazi che
collegano un ambiente della casa all’altro
preparano, attraverso soluzioni sorprendenti,
il ritmo architettonico dell’arredare. Corridoi,
spazi intermedi, divisori: ovvero luoghi di
passaggio che esigono però la stessa attenzione
delle altre stanze. Un’attenzione forse meno
funzionale e più decorativa ma il tema rimane
sempre quello di un’elegante sinfonia dell’abitare.
Like the rite passages that connect to new worlds,
the spaces that connect one area of the house
to another through surprising solutions, set the
tone of the interiors. Hallways, intermediate
areas and vestibules are passage spaces that
deserve the same attention as the other rooms.
Perhaps the focus is less functional and more
decorative, but the theme remains the same:
an elegant symphony of home living.
