As one of the UK’s leading product designers, Lee
Broom has created over 100 furniture, accessory
and lighting designs across 16 collections since
2007. Whilst Broom’s aesthetic has evolved over
the past 10 years his vision and design philosophy
has remained constant. First and foremost, it’s
all about design; from the creation of an idea,
the exploration of materials in the development
process all the way through to the manufacturing
of the end product, Broom is committed to
working with the best craftspeople and their
machinery to develop innovative production
and manufacturing techniques. Broom creates
pieces which have a certain familiarity, yet are
very unique and new at the same time. Changing
materials and silhouettes from season to season,
as a designer, he strives to embrace and explore
new themes whilst still keeping an overarching
house style.
