Certificate of warranty
_Independientemente y complementando lo previsto por la Ley en términos de garantía sobre los
productos, Latorre garantiza de por vida las estructuras (armazón) de sus muebles tapizados (sofás,
butacas, sillas y camas) y 3 años si los defectos vienen de cualquier otra parte del producto.
_Nuestros productos se consideran cubiertos con la garantía de por vida por defectos de producción en
las partes estructurales que componen el armazón, quedando excluido el recubrimiento con poliuretano
espumado en frío, los acolchados y el resto de revestimientos externos. Todos ellos con garantía de 3 años.
_La garantía no se interrumpe por la sustitución o reparación gratuita de las partes inutilizables o
defectuosas verificadas y reconocidas por Ascensión Latorre S.L. o por quien sea delegado por ésta.
_La garantía no comprende daños causados por el desgaste normal, por
tratamiento o uso inadecuado, por accidente o por fuerza mayor.
_La garantía se pierde si los productos son desmontados, modificados o reparados fuera
de la organización comercial de Ascensión Latorre S.L. Las intervenciones eventualmente
efectuadas bajo garantía, no interrumpen el curso de ésta última. Por lo tanto, la garantía
igualmente deja de tener efecto, después de los 5 años de la fabricación.
_Independently from and in addition to what is set forth by the Law concerning the warranty on
products, Latorre guarantees the frames of its padded furniture (sofas, armchairs, chairs
and beds) for life and 3 years if the defects came from another part of the product.
_Our products are considered covered with a for life warranty for manufacturing defects
in structural parts that make up the frame , being excluded coating with cold foamed
polyurethane , foam and other external coatings. All with 3 year warranty.
_The warranty is not interrupted by the replacement or repair of unusable or defective
items verified and recognized by Ascensión Latorre S.L. or by its representative.
_The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear,
inadequate treatment or use, accident or ‘force majeure’.
_The warranty will no longer be valid if the products are disassembled, modified or repaired by anyone
except the Ascensión Latorre S.L. sales organization. Any repairs made under warranty will not interrupt
the warranty period and the warranty will still expire after 5 years from the date of manufacture.
