133 Wai Yip Street opted for an entirely see-
through offi ce, aiming at ultimate transparency
within the workplace. This includes its
functional technical components, such as
glass lift shafts and interior furnishings. The
Concurrency is our fi rst project in which the
intricate ceiling cable system is intentionally
left exposed, creating a web-like composition
resembling a printed circuit board familiar from
electronics.
