The Swoop

The Swoop is inspired by the fast and focused
fl ight of birds, and by the Mövenpick brand,
who have a seagull in their offi cial logo.
The installation is dynamically lit for added
eff ect, and the installation’s 3544 hand- made
glass pieces, which weigh in at almost
4,5 tons, swoop down over the patron’s
heads. LASVIT worked to put the visitors right
in the center of a sleek fl ock of gulls.
