Cersaie 2014 il marchio AVA introduce nel mercato il grande formato.
Extraordinary Size è il progetto ambizioso di lastre in gres porcellanato
tra le più grandi al mondo, 320×160 in 6 mm, che sviluppa
una varietà di collezioni declinate in molteplici grafiche e sottoformati.
Following the last trends, during Cersaie 2014, the AVA brand introduces the big size.
Extraordinary Size is the ambitious project of the largest porcelain stoneware slabs
in the world, 320×160 cm with a thickness of 6 mm which develops a wide range
of collections declined in a great variety of graphics and smaller sizes.

3 agosto 2017. Acquisizione del 100% di Elios Ceramica S.p.A.
con sede a Fiorano Modenese. Elios è il segmento artistico
delle piastrelle di ceramica e sottolinea l’attenzione ai dettagli
tipici dello stile artigianale.
On August 3rd 2017. 100% acquisition of Elios Ceramica S.p.A. based
in Fiorano Modenese. Elios is the artistic ceramic tile segment and highlights
the attention to details typical of artisan style.

Il 18 ottobre 2017 il Gruppo Italcer acquisisce la società
Devon&Devon S.p.A., leader mondiale nell’arredamento
per il bagno di lusso. Devon&Devon esporta in oltre 80 paesi
con una rete di negozi, distributori e negozi monomarca situati
nelle più importanti capitali europee, USA, Medio Oriente, Cina e
Austrialia.
On October 18th 2017 Italcer Group acquires Devon&Devon S.p.A.,
world leader in the luxury bathroom furnishing. Devon&Devon exports to more than
80 countries with a network of botiques, retailers and flagship stores situated in the
most important capital cities of Europe, USA, Middle East, China
and Austrialia.

ITALCER USA è stata fondata nel dicembre 2018.
È stata creata per servire il mercato Americano con delle linee
dedicate di prodotto. Agli inizi del 2019 ha inaugurato un prestigioso
show-room al Mart di Chicago.
ITALCER USA was founded in December 2018. It was created and strictly dedicated
with specific collections to the American market. In early 2019 Italcer USA Inc.
launched its flagship showroom located at the MART in Chicago.

Nell’agosto del 2019 Bottega entra a far parte del Gruppo Italcer.
Si propone come alternativa di alta gamma nella produzione
di pavimenti e rivestimenti ceramici in gres porcellanato.
La ricerca ed il gusto estetico unito alla cura del particolare fanno
dei prodotti Bottega un’eccellenza nel settore della ceramica italiana.
In August 2019 Bottega becomes part of Italcer Group. It is proposed as a high-end
alternative in the production of floors and walls ceramic porcelain stoneware.
Research and aesthetic taste combined with attention to detail make Bottega
products an excellence in the Italian ceramic sector.
2020
The new headquarters and the new showroom of “La Fabbrica S.p. A.” were opened.
An agreement was signed at the end of 2020 between the Italcer Group and
Tonino Lamborghini with which La Fabbrica S.p.A. will follow the production and marketing
of the new Tonino Lamborghini Luxury Surfaces collections.
Moreover, we have also presented the innovative Advance® technology, an eco-friendly
ceramic in porcelain stoneware. Thanks to its antiviral, antibacterial and photocatalytic
properties, Advance® is able to protect the surrounding environment, making them healthier
and reducing pollution significantly.
Nascono la nuova sede e la nuova sala mostra di “La Fabbrica S.p.A.“
Sempre nel 2020 viene firmato un accordo tra il Gruppo Italcer e
Tonino Lamborghini con il quale La Fabbrica S.p.A. seguirà
la produzione e la commercializzazione delle nuove collezioni
a marchio Tonino Lamborghini Luxury Surfaces.

Viene anche presentata l’innovativa tecnologia Advance®, una ceramica
eco-compatibie in gres porcellanato. Grazie alle sue proprietà antivirali,
antibatteriche e fotocatalitiche, Advance® è capace di proteggere
maggiormente gli ambienti che ci circondano rendendoli più salubri
e riducendo significativamente l’inquinamento.
2021
Equipe Cerámicas SLU entra a far parte del Gruppo Italcer.
Attualmente la società è leader nel settore dei pavimenti e
rivestimenti di piccolo formato. La forza di Equipe si basa su
prodotti di design di alta qualità, che le consentono di essere
un’azienda attuale, innovativa e sempre all’avanguardia.

It’s currently the leading company in the sector of small format floor
and wall tiles. Equipe additional value is based in a product with an excellent
design and high quality, that makes Equipe a company adapted to
the new changes and in a progressive pursue of improvement.
2017
A maggio 2017 La Fabbrica S.p.A. entra a far parte del Gruppo Italcer,
la cui società capogruppo è Italcer S.p.A., creata dal Fondo Italiano
di Private Equity, Mindful Capital Partners ( in precedenza
Mandarin Capital Partners II ), guidata dal CEO Graziano Verdi, col fine di
creare un polo di lusso nel settore della ceramica Made in Italy di alta gamma.
In May 2017, La Fabbrica Ceramiche became part of Italcer Group,
whose parent company is Italcer S.p.A., created by the Italian Private Equity Fund,
Mindful Capital Partners ( previously Mandarin Capital Partners II ), headed by CEO
Graziano Verdi. The Group’s objective is to create a luxury cluster in the high-end
ceramic sector.

A Ottobre 2022 il Gruppo Italcer completa il suo portafoglio
prodotti, formati che vanno dal 10x10 cm al 160x320 cm,
attraverso l’acquisizione di Ceramica Fondovalle,
leader mondiale delle grandi lastre con sedi a Marano
sul Panaro e Ubersetto.
In October 2022, Italcer Group has completed its product portfolio,
formats ranging from 10x10 cm to 160x320 cm through the acquisition
of Ceramica Fondovalle, a world leader in large slabs located in Marano sul
Panaro and Ubersetto.
Nasce a Castel Bolognese (RAVENNA) La Fabbrica S.p.A.
L'alta qualità legata al design e alla creatività diventano i fattori

Il 15 ottobre 2018 il Gruppo Italcer acquisisce il 100% di
Ceramica Rondine, fondata nel 1961 nella zona tra Reggio
Emilia e Modena, uno dei più fiorenti gruppi industriali del settore
ceramico. Nuovi prodotti, tecnologie innovative, ricerca e
sviluppo, qualità, design e rispetto per l’ambiente: sono questi i
valori che hanno guidato Rondine attraverso questo primo mezzo
secolo di storia.
Nel 2005 Rondine acquisisce l’azienda sassuolese,
SprayDry, produttrice di atomizzato, che consente
a ceramica Rondine e, successivamente,
al Gruppo Italcer di compiere un importante salto
di qualità realizzando in questo modo l’intero ciclo
produttivo della piastrella.
On October 15th 2018 Italcer Group acquires 100% of Ceramica Rondine,
founded in 1961 in the area between Reggio Emilia and Modena, one of the most
flourishing industrial groups in the ceramic tile sector. New products, innovative
technologies, resarch and development, quality, design and respect for the
environment: these are the values that have guided Rondine through this first half
century of history.
In 2005 Rondine acquired the company SpryDry, situated in Sassuolo (MO),
specialized in the production of atomised powder for porcelain stoneware.
In this way Ceramica Rondine, and lately Italcer Group, can guarantee the total
product life cycle of the porcelain tile.

A fine 2023 il Gruppo Italcer si espande acquisendo
Terratinta Group S.r.l. SB, società specializzata nell’alto
di gamma delle superfici d’arredo con sede a Fiorano
Modenese, confermando la volontà di creare un hub italiano
di superfici di design fondato su innovazione, design,
attenzione alle persone e all’ambiente.
At the end of 2023, Italcer Group expands by acquiring
Terratinta Group S.r.l. SB, a company specialized in
high-end furnishing surfaces based in Fiorano Modenese.
This acquisition has confirmed the Group’s desire to create a high-end
Italian hub of surfaces based on innovation, design, attention
to the people who work in it and to the environment.
2023/24
La Fabbrica S.p.A. viene fusa per incorporazione in
Italcer S.p.A. SB e gli storici marchi vengono unificati in
un unico nuovo brand, LA FABBRICA AVA. Una vasta gamma
di prodotti in gres porcellanato, dalle grandi lastre
al piccolo formato, che uniscono italianità, design innovativo,
qualità certificata e performance di altissimo livello.
La Fabbrica S.p.A. is merged by incorporation into Italcer S.p.A. SB, and its
historic brands are unified into a single new brand, LA FABBRICA AVA.
A wide range of porcelain stoneware products, from large slabs to small
sizes, combining Italian style, design research, certified quality and
performance of the highest level.
