SPECIFICHE DELL’ORDINE
• Nel caso di danni o pezzi mancanti annotare qualsiasi anomalia
nella bolla di trasporto.
PRESCRIZIONI DI SICUREZZA QUANDO SI MOVIMENTA IL TOP
• È importante trasportare il top sempre in verticale (a coltello).
• Sempre in verticale, disimballare il top svitando le viti con un
cacciavite.
• Posizionare il top sempre su una base stabile che ne sopporti il
peso e che sia a livello.
• Non urtare o battere il top con oggetti pesanti e/o appuntiti.
• Evitare assolutamente di calpestare il piano sia a terra sia dopo
aver posizionato il piano sulle basi, ad esempio per livellare i pensili.
INDICAZIONI PER IL MONTAGGIO DI COMBINAZIONI MULTIPLE
• È importante aver messo in alcuni punti, una o due gocce di
silicone neutro (non acetico) nel perimetro della base.
• Se non ci sono ostacoli sulla base, appoggiare il top
delicatamente sopra di essa mantenendolo sempre in verticale
e spingendolo delicatamente verso il muro per poi farlo
scendere orizzontalmente sopra la base.
• Ripetere le azioni di un eventuale posizionamento di un ulteriore top.
• Accostare i top molto delicatamente uno all’altro verificando
eventuali sbalzi tra di loro.
• Portare perfettamente a livello i top agendo sulla regolazione
dei piedini delle basi e/o aiutandosi con degli spessori.
INDICAZIONI PER NON SPORCARE I TOP NELL’INSTALLAZIONE
• Per non sporcare i top è importante stendere del nastro crespato
lungo i lati del top a ridosso della giunzione di accoppiamento.
• Stendere del silicone neutro (non acetico) di colore adeguato
lungo la parte interna del bordo sul quale viene accostato
l’altro top.
• Stendere con una spatola il silicone lungo la fessura rimuovendo
successivamente il nastro crespato e pulendo il top con alcool
denaturato.
INDICAZIONI PER IL MONTAGGIO DEL TOP STANDARD SU BASE
SENZA PENSILI
• È importante identificare la giusta posizione dell’alzatina o dello
schienale attraverso i bollini colorati che solitamente sono forniti
dal produttore di top per facilitarne il montaggio.
• Stendere del nastro crespato lungo la parte posteriore del top
ad una distanza dal bordo pari allo spessore dell’alzatina o dello
schienale. ESEMPIO: se lo spessore è di 2 cm, posizionare il nastro a
2 cm dal bordo. Stendere nella parte posteriore del top (a ridosso
del muro e nello spazio scoperto) del silicone neutro non acetico
di colore adeguato.
• Sull’alzatina stendere nella parte posteriore un leggero filo di
silicone neutro (non acetico) di colore adeguato.
• Sullo schienale stendere alcune gocce di silicone neutro (non
acetico) di colore adeguato in diversi punti della parte posteriore
dello schienale.
• A ridosso del muro, posizionare l’alzatina o lo schienale nella
parte posteriore del top.
• Premere e traslare delicatamente fino al posizionamento
desiderato facendo uscire eventuale silicone in eccesso.
IN CASO DI ECCESSI DI SILCONE, PULIRE IMMEDIATAMENTE
CON ALCOOL DENATURATO.
CHECK THAT THE SUPPLIED COMPONENTS CORRESPOND TO THE
ORDER SPECIFICATIONS
• In the event of damage or missing parts, note any irregularities on the
transport note.
SAFETY PRESCRIPTIONS WHEN HANDLING THE TOP
• It is important to always carry the top vertically (sloped upwards).
• Still in a vertical position, unpack the top by undoing the screws with a
screwdriver.
• Always place the top on a stable, weight-bearing and level base unit.
• Do not hit or knock the top with heavy and/or sharp objects.
• Absolutely refrain from stepping on the top either on the floor or after
placing it on the base units, e.g. to level the wall units.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOUNTING MULTIPLE COMBINATIONS
• It is important to apply one or two drops of neutral (non-acetic) silicone in
some areas around the perimeter of the base unit.
• If there are no hindrances on the base unit, place the top gently on it while
keeping it vertical and pushing it gently towards the wall, then lower it
horizontally over the base.
• Repeat the actions for any additional top positioning.
• Place the tops very gently next to each other, checking for any
misalignment.
• Perfectly level the tops by adjusting the base feet and/or by using shims.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR NOT SOILING TOPS DURING INSTALLATION
• To avoid soiling the tops, it is important to lay crepe tape along the sides of
the top close to the coupling joint.
• Apply neutral (non-acetic) silicone of a suitable colour along the inside of
the edge onto which the other top is approached.
• Use a trowel to spread the silicone along the crack, then remove the crepe
tape and clean the top with denatured alcohol.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLATION OF STANDARD TOP ON BASE UNIT
WITHOUT WALL UNITS
• It is important to identify the correct position of the backsplash or back
panel by means of the coloured stickers that are usually provided by the
top manufacturer to facilitate assembly.
• Apply crepe tape along the back of the top at a distance from the edge
equal to the thickness of the backsplash or back panel. EXAMPLE: if the
thickness is 2 cm, place the tape 2 cm from the edge.
Apply neutral, non-acetic silicone of a suitable colour to the rear of the top
(close to the wall and in the uncovered area).
• On the back of the backsplash, spread a thin film of neutral (non-acetic)
silicone of a suitable colour.
• Apply a few drops of neutral (non-acetic) silicone of a suitable colour at
different areas at the rear of the back panel.
• Place the backsplash or back panel against the wall at the rear of the top.
• Press and gently move to the desired position, allowing any excess silicone
to flow out. IN CASE OF EXCESS SILICONE, CLEAN IMMEDIATELY WITH
DENATURED ALCOHOL.
VÉRIFIEZ QUE LA MARCHANDISE CORRESPOND AU CONTENU DE VOTRE
COMMANDE
• Si des pièces manquent ou sont endommagées, indiquez-le sur le
document de transport.
CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ POUR LA MANUTENTION DU PLAN
• Prenez soin de toujours transporter le plan à la verticale.
• Toujours en position verticale, procédez au déballage du plan en
dévissant les vis avec un tournevis.
• Prenez soin de poser le plan sur une base stable, capable d’en supporter
la charge et bien à niveau.
• Prenez garde de ne pas heurter ou cogner contre le plan avec des objets
lourds ou tranchants.
• Évitez à tout prix de marcher sur le plan du top posé au sol ou installé sur
sa base, par exemple, pour effectuer la mise à niveau des meubles hauts.
CONSIGNES POUR L’INSTALLATION DE COMBINAISONS MULTIPLES
• Veillez à appliquer une ou deux gouttes de silicone neutre (non acétique)
en plusieurs points du périmètre de la base.
• Posez délicatement le plan sur la base dépourvue de tout objet, en le
maintenant toujours à la verticale et en le poussant doucement vers le
mur, avant de le déposer à l’horizontale sur la base.
• Répétez ces opérations si un second plan doit être installé.
• Mettez côte à côte les deux plans très délicatement, en vérifiant que l’un
ne dépasse pas par rapport à l’autre.
• Mettez les deux plans parfaitement à niveau en réglant les pieds des
bases et/ou à l’aide de cales.
CONSIGNES POUR NE PAS SALIR LES PLANS LORS DE L’INSTALLATION
• Pour ne pas salir les plans de travail, posez du ruban crêpé de peintre le
long des côtés du plan, au niveau de la jonction entre les deux plans.
• Posez du silicone neutre (non acétique) d’une couleur appropriée le long
de la face interne du bord au contact de l’autre plan.
• À l’aide d’une spatule, étalez du silicone le long de la fissure, puis retirez le
ruban crêpe de peintre et nettoyez le plan avec de l’alcool dénaturé.
CONSIGNES POUR L’INSTALLATION D’UN PLAN STANDARD SUR UNE
BASE SANS MEUBLES HAUTS
• Il est important de définir avec précision la position du dosseret ou du
dossier, à l’aide des points colorés généralement fournis par la fabricant
du plan, pour faciliter son installation.
• Posez du ruban crêpe adhésif le long de la partie arrière du plan, à
une distance correspondant à l’épaisseur du dosseret ou du dossier.
EXEMPLE : si cette épaisseur est égale à 2 cm, posez du ruban adhésif à
2 cm du bord.
Appliquez du silicone neutre (non acétique) d’une couleur appropriée à
l’arrière du plan (en correspondance du mur et dans l’espace découvert).
• Appliquez un léger cordon de silicone neutre (non acétique) d’une couleur
appropriée à l’arrière du dosseret du plan de travail.
• Appliquez quelques gouttes de silicone neutre (non acétique) d’une
couleur appropriée en plusieurs points de l’arrière du dossier.
• En correspondance du mur, à l’arrière du plan , installez le dosseret ou le
dossier du plan.
• Appuyez doucement et faites glisser jusqu’à la position souhaitée, en
laissant sortir le surplus de silicone. EN CAS DE SURPLUS DE SILICONE,
NETTOYEZ IMMÉDIATEMENT AVEC DE L’ALCOOL DÉNATURÉ.
IMMER SICHERSTELLEN, DASS DAS GELIEFERTE MATERIAL DER
BESTELLUNG ENTSPRICHT
• Im Falle von beschädigten oder fehlenden Teile, sind diese entsprechend
auf dem Transportdokument zu vermerken.
SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN BEIM HANDLING VON PLATTEN
• Die Platten müssen immer zur langen Seite senkrecht transportiert werden
(vertikal längs).
• Die Platten müssen auch beim Auspacken senkrecht stehen.
Die Schrauben mit einem Schraubenzieher lösen.
• Die Platte immer auf einer stabilen, tragfähigen und ebenen Unterlage
abstellen.
• Nicht mit schweren oder spitzen Gegenständen auf die Platte schlagen.
• Auf keinen Fall auf die am Boden liegenden oder bereits auf die
Unterschränke installierten Platten steigen, um beispielsweise die
Oberschränke zu nivellieren.
HINWEISE FÜR DIE MONTAGE VON MEHRFACH-KOMBINATIONEN
• Wichtig: Im ganzen Umfang der Unterschranks ein oder zwei Tropfen
neutrales (nicht essigsaures) Silikon an einigen Stellen um den Umfang des
Unterschranks auftragen.
• Eventuelle Gegenstände von den Unterschränken entfernen, bevor
man die Platte senkrecht an die Wandfläche über den Unterschränken
positioniert und dann langsam auf die Unterschränke abklappt.
• Diesen Vorgang für jede der zu montierende Platte wiederholen.
• Die Platten einander nähern und prüfen, dass sie sich auf der gleichen
Ebene befinden.
• Die Platten durch Verstellen der Füße und/oder mit Zwischenstücken
nivellieren.
HINWEISE ZUR VERMEIDUNG VON VERSCHMUTZUNGEN BEI DER
MONTAGE DER PLATTEN
• Um eine Verschmutzung der Platten zu vermeiden, sollten diese an
den Verbindungsstellen den Kanten entlang mit Kreppband abgedeckt
werden.
• Neutrales (nicht essigsaures) Silikon in einer geeigneten Farbe auf die
Innenseite der Kante streichen, auf die die andere Platte gelegt wird0
• Das Silikon mit einem Spachtel dem Spalt entlang auftragen. Danach das
Kreppband entfernen und die Platte mit denaturiertem Alkohol reinigen.
HINWEISE FÜR DIE MONTAGE EINER STANDARDPLATTE AUF EINEN
UNTERSCHRANK OHNE OBERSCHRÄNKE
• Bei der Montage ist es jeweils sehr wichtig, auf die korrekte Positionierung
der Wandleiste oder der Spritzwand zu achten. Hierbei helfen die farbigen
Aufkleber, die der Plattenhersteller zu Erleichterung der Montagearbeiten
an der Platte anbringt.
• Das Kreppband entlang der Rückseite der Platte in einem Abstand von
der Kante, der der Stärke der Wandleiste oder Spritzwand entspricht
anbringen. BEISPIEL: Beträgt die Stärke der Wandleiste oder Spritzwand 2
cm, das Kreppband 2 cm vom Rand entfernt anbringen.
Im hinteren Teil der Platte (an der Wand und im nicht abgedeckten Bereich)
neutrales, nicht essigsaures Silikon in einer geeigneten Farbe auftragen.
• Eine geringe Menge neutrales (nicht essigsaures) Silikon in einer
geeigneten Farbe auf der Rückseite der Wandleiste auftragen.
• Einige Tropfen eines neutralen (nicht essigsauren) Silikons in einer
geeigneten Farbe an verschiedenen Stellen der Rückseite der Spritzwand
auftragen.
• Die Wandleiste oder Spritzwand wandseitig an der Platte positionieren.
• Vorsichtig in die korrekte Position drücken, damit etwaiges überschüssiges
Silikon entweichen kann. ÜBERSCHÜSSIGES SILIKON SOFORT MIT
DENATURIERTEM ALKOHOL ENTFERNEN.
