Casambi is a system designed for managing lighting wirelessly: based on Bluetooth Low Energy technology, the Casambi system can be controlled
directly from a smartphone or tablet, thanks to the Android- and iOS-compatible app.
Casambi technology enables you to switch lights on and off, set and activate customized lighting scenarios and dim lighting fixtures.
The technology is based on a mesh network in which all the system’s intelligence is replicated in each node, thus bypassing any points of failure.
Thanks to the mesh network, firmware updates can be performed without any invasive intervention and with minimal use of wiring.
All Casambi devices are smart and able to function even without an internet connection; the latter is only required during configuration.
It is possible to connect 127 units to a single network.
