Lucian Ercolani, my great-grandfather, founded ercol
in 1920. I am now immensely proud to be the fourth
generation of our family taking over the role of
Chairman, succeeding my father Edward Tadros, as
we embark on our second century. We remain true
to Lucian Ercolani’s fundamental principles of design,
craftsmanship, innovation, and excellence.
I strongly believe that at the heart of everything we
do are our people and our factory; a modern, highly
sustainable facility in Buckinghamshire. Here, the latest
high-tech machinery sits alongside age-old traditional
skills and methods used by our craftspeople, many have
worked with us for over 21 years, passing on their skills
and knowledge to our young apprentices. To ensure the
breadth of choice for you, our customers, we also work
closely with trusted manufacturing partners, in the UK
and elsewhere in the world.
