LASSO
The story of storks in flight carrying new-born babies by their beaks;
and delivering them to new parents. This ubiquitous bedtime story in my
childhood is etched, sketched, and interpreted as the Lasso. A visual
allegory symbolizing a new life of serenity and peace.
Waves of rattan or polyethylene strips, carefully bent in varying width,
and wrapped around a steel frame, simulate the movement of the wind.
Drift away in a flight of dreams Nest in comfort and solitude
inside our luxurious Lasso.
