Avoid direct and continuous exposure
to sunlight. Fibers of natural origin
such as wool, tencel and viscose are
sensitive to direct sunlight which can
cause a change in the color tone of
the rug surface over a period of time;
It is normal that hand-made rugs
can have slight variations in shades
compared to yarn samples or still-
life pictures found in the catalogue
or on the website;
Do not pull threads that come out
of the rug’s surface, use scissors to
remove them;
Rotate the rug periodically to evenly
distribute the wear;
A vacuum cleaner should be used
regularly at medium or low power-
level, taking care not to damage the
surface and the decors on relief;
Daily maintenance is recommended to avoid excessive accumulation of dirt on the rug
surface.
Do not use a carpet cleaner with
rotating brushes;
If a drop of liquid spills on the rug,
immediately dab with a clean white
cloth, apply strong pressure on the
affected area in order to absorb as
much liquid as possible;
Do not use water washes unless it is
expressly stated in the description of
the yarn;
Clean the rug in specialized centers;
Store the rug by rolling it from the
front and wrapping it in a cloth to
protect it. Store in a dry and well-
ventilated place;
8 / 9
Soft yarns of natural origin such as wool, tencel and viscose,
naturally release the residues of yarn in the shape of small strands,
a phenomenon inherent to the nature of the yarn itself. This does
not in any way compromise the structure, quality or consistency
of the rug.
To remove excess yarn, vacuum at medium or low power. This is
a natural event and should not be considered a product defect. It
is absolutely not recommended to pull the fibers protruding from
the surface, it is advisable to cut them. Returns or replacement
requests supported by claims related to the characteristics listed
above will not be accepted.
FLEECE RUGS IN WOOL,
TENCEL AND VISCOSE
Please note: In
rugs
made
of
different fibres, evaluate on which
type of yarn the stain resides, in
order to identify the most suitable
stain removal method.
For any type of stain it is recommended to immediately dab with
a clean cloth, in order to avoid that the stain penetrates into the
fibres. Proceed with caution, avoid rubbing vigorously.
