Studio rlon viene fondato nel 2016 da Philipp
Eibach, Josua Putzke, Nehemia Turban.
Affascinati dalla capacità del design di
ispirare nuovi modi di pensare, suggerendo
nuovi modelli e interazioni laddove si renda
necessario sostituire i modelli esistenti, hanno
l’obiettivo di sviluppare oggetti e narrazioni
per spazi curiosi.
Gli oggetti che creano invitano a vedere
la bellezza in situazioni quotidiane
apparentemente banali; sono ricondotti
alla loro essenza funzionale, celebrando
allo stesso tempo i dettagli della loro
fattura. Le loro narrazioni raccontano
pensieri contestualizzati in modo nuovo.
Interpretando l’esistente secondo prospettive
non convenzionali, studio rlon vuole trovare
possibilità intuitive per comprendere
coerenze complesse.
Studio rlon was founded in 2016 by Philipp
Eibach, Josua Putzke, Nehemia Turban. They
are fascinated by design’s ability to inspire
new ways of thinking, by suggesting new
models and interactions, wherever it seems
necessary to replace existing models. Their
focus is on developing objects and narratives
for curious spaces.
The objects they create invite you to see
the beauty in seemingly trivial everyday
situations. They are reduced to their
functional essence, whilst at the same time
celebrating the details of their handling. The
narratives they create convey thoughts put in
a new context. By diversifying perspectives
and putting things out of the habitual way
of interpretation, they aim to find intuitive
possibilities for understanding complex
coherences.
